OPTIMIZATION MODELING OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF SPECIALISTS IN INFORMATION SYSTEMS OF AIRPORTS

The paper is devoted to modeling of professional activity of specialists in information systems of airports. General and professional competencies are provided that should be possessed by professionals related to the information systems of airports. It is noted that the information system can be of two types: information and referral (passive), and information and advice (active). The model of competences of a specialist in information systems of airports. The sequence of the study subjects in the training of specialists in information systems of airports. This type of professional activity of specialists related to information systems of airports. For each activity mapped to the job function. For each activity mapped to the model of professional activity. Specified in the educational standards of competence according to types of activities are distributed in a certain way. Formed numerical multiple models of professional activity. The obtained reduced set of models for the respective activities, which included appropriate specialist training. Shown how models were distributed among educational resources. Determined on the basis of the method of a priori ranking order of models in the formation of a component of the educational program was ranked. Received educational resources in the form most appropriate distribution of the set of models of professional activity.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE RATIONAL COMPOSITION OF THE AHLORIDNY BREAD BY THE METHOD OF STATISTICAL MODELING

The urgent line of development of the baking industry is the development of new formulations and resource-saving technologies of bread products for dietary nutrition. To create new types of a wide range of ahloridny products, it is preferable to use non-traditional raw materials of vegetable origin: whole-wheaten wheat flour, buckwheat and whey beverage flour “Actual”. An important condition for obtaining products of consistently high quality and increasing production efficiency is the establishment of rational dosages of the formulation components in the preparation of the dough. Mathematical methods of planning of experiment are applied to study the interaction of the major technological factors influencing the process of preparation and the quality of bread products. The optimization of parameters of preparation of dough for ahloridny bread was performed using experimental and statistical methods. As a result of the performed experiment a mathematical model in the form of regression equation which adequately describes the studied process has been developed. The statistical processing of experimental data has been performed according to Student, Kokhren and Fischer criteria (with the confidential probability of 0.95). The graphic interpretation of regression equation has allowed to determine previously the optimum area of factorial space in which the highest value of output parameter is reached – the specific volume of bread. Rational values of factors have been determined: the dosage of flour from bran of greenschish is 4.87%, the whey drink “Actual” is 24.86% when making bread from a mixture of wheat flour of 1st grade and whole wheat seed in a ratio of 50:50. Their choice has been validated by a series of parallel experiments which has shown sufficient convergence of results with the average square error of no more than 0.67%. On the basis of the obtained data a formulation and a way of production ahloridny bread “Symphony”.

MODEL AND ALGORITHM THAT OPTIMIZE THE CHOICE OF A TRAINING AREA AT A MULTI-PURPOSE TRAINING

The article deals with the problem of how to optimize the distribution of students according to the areas of training in the groups of multi-purpose training. Training and retraining of professionals in fact presupposes facilitating the optimal individual educational trajectory for each specialist. There is a need to form groups of multi-purpose training since, on the one hand, certain training areas are unique and there is a lack of the pertinent categories of students, and on the other hand, related areas require similar training trajectories. It will contribute to saving resources of an educational institution and sometimes can increase the training efficacy. The training trajectories in such groups can overlap, which makes it possible to dynamically redirect students to subgroups that master different competences. When organizing a multi-purpose training the primary task is to choose the training area for each specialist, and the corresponding mathematical apparatus to optimize this task has not been studied sufficiently. This research carries out a mathematical approach to this problem. The article defines two stages of its solution: 1) assessing the perspectives of students to form competencies in accordance with the training areas; 2) finding an optimal way to distribute the trainees in the areas of training. The paper suggests an algorithm for solving the problem.

INTELLECTUALIZATION OF RESOURCE -EFFICIENCY MANAGEMENT OF A NON-PROFIT EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION WITH THE USE OF MONITORING AND RATING INFORMATION

A structure of the resource efficiency management of a non-profit educational organization based on a three-circuit system is proposed.
Intellectualization of management is provided by introducing a subsystem of administrative decision support through problem-oriented procedures for monitoring-rating information processing, optimization modeling and expert evaluation in addition to the subsystem of administrative decision making.
The stage-by-stage processing of time series based on monitoring data and university ratings with the use of prognostic and neural network modeling is considered. Special aspects of solving resource efficiency optimization problems leading to the development of a variety of solutions obtained via use of randomized search schemes are determined. The procedure of collective expert evaluation which coordinates the choice of the final version of a managerial decision on a variety of dominants based on the results of formalized optimization modeling, is described.

MODELS AND PROCEDURES OF MANAGEMENT DECISION MAKING FOR OPTIMIZING
CONDITIONS OF QUALITY EDUCATION

The paper demonstrates the necessity of forming models and procedures of management decision making for improving the quality of higher education management. The authors examine monitoring results of some higher education institutions effectiveness, alumni employment, student surveys as information resources of such an approach. Structuring of these resources is carried out by means of the indexing theory. In order to implement this multistep procedure of management decision making the authors processed and analysed data through the integral estimation, built ranking arrays and clusterized the educational institutions. As well, the authors used neural simulation of depending the rates of quality education upon the factors characterizing conditions and resources. Optimization models and numeric procedures of decision making providing compensation of the revealed deviations from standard requirements are also developed.

THE MODULAR STRUCTURE OF THE SYSTEM OF DECISION-MAKING AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION ON THE BASIS OF MODELS OF MULTIALTERNATIVE OPTIMIZATION, DEVELOPING NETWORKS

The research urgency is caused by the fact that for the present stage the efficiency of the development of the basic systems of life significantly depends on the development of supportive high-tech technological system (e.g., radio telephone communication equipment, digital television equipment, equipment for 3G, 4G technologies). In the multifaceted interaction between them is education related to developing systems (DS). In this regard, this article aims to identify the role of information and communication systems (ICS) (which, for example, is information-telecommunication computer network) as contributing to the structure of DS and assess the possibility of increasing the efficiency of its management on the basis of models and algorithms of multialternative aggregation. A leading approach to the study of this problem is the use of components of mathematical software that enables holistically consider optimization problems of the multialternative aggregation when managing classes of DS. The article presents the structure of the DS and the structure of the system of decision-making in the management of DS. The procedure of forming the multialternative optimization problems of aggregation of primary and enabling systems differ in the way the introduction of alternative variables through multi-dependency of criteria and constraints and allow us to start the algorithm performance find the maximum efficiency of the development of the coupled system when performing boundary conditions for the distribution of financial resource. The materials of the article are of practical value to professionals who are effective way to choose promising areas of ICS development.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF OPTIMIZATION SIMULATION MODEL TO SUPPORT THE
PROCESSES OF ORGANIZATION OF TRAVEL SYSTEMS
The development of modern tourism systems determines the need to develop appropriate methods of simulation. This paper examines the task associated with simulation of modern tourism systems. The components of simulation optimization model are described. The peculiarities of discrete-event simulation, continuous simulation, and agent-based are described. In the optimization model includes three basic components: objective function, constraints relating to the model and its variables. It is noted that for the optimization of complex systems effective is the use of genetic algorithms, evolutionary algorithms, search for the prohibition, simulated annealing and hybrid algorithms. The description of the model, which optimizes the work of travel system. The structure of the procedure, allowing the formation of integral evaluation is given.

THE PREDICTION AND OPTIMIZATION OF THE SYSTEM OF TRAINING IN THE FIELD OF OPERATION OF AIR TRANSPORT ON THE BASIS OF THE PRINCIPLES OF DUALITY AND EXPERT STATISTICAL MODELING

The paper discusses the challenge of improving the efficiency of the training system in the field of air transport. As the conceptual foundations of model-oriented approach to forecasting and optimization, this system is considered the principle of duality and multistep use of models. Optimization modeling is a partial implementation of the principle of duality due to the mechanisms of achieving efficiency of the training system: the reduction and transformation and the creation of the Bank’s professional activities on the one hand associated with the characterization of work functions in the professional standards, and with another – reflects the formalized components of educational resources that are aimed at the formation of certain competences of personnel in the field of operation of air transport. As the main form of statistical information defining changes in the training system, it is proposed to use a time series of volume indices of the needs of the labor market in specialists with higher education and graduating from universities. Specified approaches for the calculation of forecasting evaluations with different quality. After receiving the results of forecasting on the basis of expert information are invited to build valuation models and conduct selection method that has the highest priority for this model.

THE DESIGN CALCULATION METHOD OF WIDEBAND INTERFERENCE LASER PLATES POLARIZERS

The interference plates-polarizers are widely used in optical devices, in particular, they are used in electrooptical Q-switches of pulsed solid-state lasers. The standard all-quarter-wave construction of the interference layers of the polarizer plates is characterized by a narrow band of the working spectral range, which does not fully correspond to modern requirements. A method is proposed for calculating the practically feasible designs of broadband interference polarizer plates, based on the alignment of the thicknesses of the layers included in the non-quarter-wave structures, synthesized using widespread computer software for the calculation of interference optical coatings.

THE USE OF MULTI-CRITERIA APPROACH IN THE ANALYSIS OF ALTERNATIVE ENERGY SOURCES

This paper is devoted to consideration of the objectives related to the optimal choice of parameters controlled in the systems of electric power generation. We discuss the possibilities for the application of the main criterion for the case of multicriteria optimization of the process of electricity generation based on alternative sources. Refers to the need to focus on the Pareto set. Indicated that one of the solutions to a multicriteria problem can be a combination of goal programming, and narrowing the scope of trade-offs involving data, what is the relative importance of the criteria. The use of simplifications when there is a formation of Pareto-optimal solutions for specific processes of power generation based on alternative sources can be considered as an important task, to ensure that its consideration has been reduced and time costs to a reasonable level.
