MODELING OF CONTROL PROCESS OF INDUSTRIAL ORGANIZATIONS BASED ON RATING APPROACH

The paper discusses the possibilities of modeling the control of industrial organizations based on rating approaches. There is a control center for control production facilities. It is proposed to organize the interaction of the control center with the facilities based on the rating score and then proceed to the rating control process. At the same time, the rating is used to analyze control, accounting, forecasting and regulation of the activities of the objects included in it in the analyzed production system. A model for the interaction of the control center in industrial production with the objects of the production system based on the classification criteria is formed. The structure of the interaction of the control center with the objects of the production system at rating control is given. Rating control mechanisms based on: control the distribution of resource support for the implementation of all areas of the main activity of the production system, control the coordination of interests of the control center and objects of the production system, and control the distribution of additional resource support for development, are considered. The block diagram of the implementation of mechanisms for rating control is given. The characteristics of modeling the interaction of the control center and objects of industrial systems are indicated. The results of rating assessment of industrial production objects are given on the example of growth in sales of enterprise products.

REMOTE WORKSTATION MONITORING BASED ON WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY
One of the tasks of remote wireless workstation monitoring is to ensure data sharing security by remotely monitoring a workstation or portable devices based on Wi-Fi, 4G or Bluetooth. The developed model of application for mobile communication devices (ICC) serves to monitor and verify various operations on workstations (laptops) connected through a computer network Wi-Fi. Wireless information security protocols are compared. The application is based on Wi-Fi technology, which is protected by wireless security protocol WPA2 . The WPA2 implements the AES block cipher to provide more reliable data encryption, but it is still vulnerable to several attacks due to the transmission of unencrypted control and control frames and the sharing of a group time key (GTK) between nodes connected to the wireless network. Secure communication between the server and the ICC creates the need to offer a security algorithm – simple and efficient to create a robust platform under an already existing wireless information security protocol, such as WPA/WPA2. The results of the workstation monitoring system, encryption algorithm are presented and the performance of the application module is estimated.

MODELING THE SITUATION OF DEFAULTS ON BASIS OF DIFFERENTIAL CALCULUS IN ENTERPRISE INTEGRATION SYSTEM

The description of the relatively stable state of the Russian economy over the past two years presents significant difficulties in terms of standard economic theory. The reasons for the permanent, but not landslide decline in production are not clear; it is not clear how several types of money coexist; unusual functions and policies of banks in the absence of investment and low profitability of production.In this paper, we consider the possibility of constructing a simulation model of an enterprise’s activity in an environment where attempts to enter the mar-ket are not always successful and failures are accompanied by serious problems with working capital, an analysis of existing formalized approaches to solving this problem is also given, and an enterprise’s work model is constructed in which sales and purchase of products occurs us-ing a two-channel system, which is characterized by non-payments (the model is stable at the same time) or with full payment (m clothing is unstable). The model takes into account qualita-tively different modes of operation of the enterprise in accordance with external parameters. It is proved that such a model stimulates enterprises to join in financial and industrial groups, the role of fixed costs in the economy and the possibility of their elimination taking into account the proposed mathematical model are also considered. The conducted studies substantiate the idea of the need to create institutions of secondary redistribution of profit.

EVALUATION OF EFFICIENCY OF MANAGEMENT DECISIONS ON SEGMENTATION OF THE MARKET OF SALES OF PRODUCTS PRODUCED BY ENTERPRISES OF THE CRIMINAL EXECUTIVE SYSTEM
The article discusses current issues and problems of developing systems for evaluating the effectiveness of managerial decisions on market segmentation at the enterprise level; the classification of mutual influences of market segments is made in order to identify the groups that have the greatest impact on the efficiency of the production and economic activity of the enterprise. The study of these issues showed that it is from the decisions taken at the planning stage that the network can ensure a stable increase in the company’s production indicators. A comprehensive assessment of management decisions made in the field of segmentation of the sales market is an urgent task for every enterprise striving for prosperity. However, as analysis shows, this problem has not yet received a proper solution. In the process of considering the above problem, a mathematical model was described and an algorithm was developed that provides an assessment of the effectiveness of management decisions on market segmentation at the enterprise level. This approach allows you to quantify the effectiveness of management decisions on segmenting the sales market of products manufactured by commercial enterprises, according to the following criterion: a management decision on market segmentation will be effective if the current sales volumes of products in the selected market segments are not less than the specified values. The developed five-stage algorithm is aimed at widespread use by commercial enterprises in the conditions of market competition.

MODEL OF SYSTEM DYNAMICS OF PROCESS OF TRAINING

The relevance of this work is caused by importance of account in educational process of personal qualities of trainees. Importance of the solution of this problem is defined by the fact that competence-based approach assumes formation of future workers capable independently to work in various situations, to have an impact on others. When training in non-uniform educational collectives (groups) it is possible to allocate subgroups of pupils by different criteria: to abilities, progress, discipline, etc. Subgroups of trainees have an impact at each other. Force of this influence depends on the number of subgroups, of coefficients of influence and time of impact. As a result of mutual influence, it is possible of the trainee to move from one group to another. The article uses the method of mathematical modeling to analyze and account for the dynamic interaction of pupils in the team. The model is based on the system of differential equations of J. Forrester. The analytical solution of a system for a standard case in educational process – existence of three types of subgroups of trainees is received. A numerical example is given to illustrate the results. Results of its decision are presented graphically. Important special cases of the General system of differential equations (setting of relations between the coefficients of influence) are considered. The developed mathematical model will improve the quality of the educational process.

METHODS OF OPTIMIZING ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL SYSTEMS USING TECHNOLOGIES OF MODELING BUSINESS PROCESSES

This article describes several methodologies and tools that help to simulate business processes in an enterprise in order to make timely management decisions and optimize economic and social systems. The necessity of using various methods of modeling, reorganizing and automating business processes as a means of increasing the efficiency of solving management and decision-making problems in social and economic systems is indicated. It is noted that today the modeling of business processes of the organization is a traditional activity of business analysts of Russian enterprises, which can be a necessary tool for making correct management decisions. It is indicated that there are many different principles of notation. The article also noted that not all notations are equally applicable to the solution of various problems. The eEPC notation used to model business processes in the form of a sequence of events and functions is discussed in more detail, here are its advantages and disadvantages. It is indicated that the tool using the eEPC notation for process modeling is the ArisExpress platform, intended for integrated management of business processes. The article considers two key concepts of the specified modeling environment – these are the concepts of Event and Activity. It is noted that the event always causes the necessity of execution of a concrete action, and the execution of this action always ends with the onset of an event. It is also indicated that in order for the diagram to be more complete and clear, the notation provides for several more standard elements, such as: Role», «Document», «IT system». As a conclusion, it is noted that when constructing these models, it is very simple to make mistakes without knowing the rules by which they are compiled. Such errors lead in the subsequent to the discrepancy of the logic of the process, and as a result – the adoption of incorrect or untimely management decisions.

THE MULTIPLE CHOICE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF DEVELOPING SYSTEMS

In this paper we consider the problem of developing control related systems (CRS). They affect the way in which development is carried out adjacent to high technology systems. The article focused on the creation of algorithmic procedures, allowing for the management of CRS. The choice of a promising option in the optimization problem comes from the fact that ITT system is a progressive system in the structure of CRS. In procedure identified and described three modules. The block diagram of the algorithmic procedure of control selection boundary conditions for the development of a singly linked system and a block diagram of the algorithmic procedures for the management of reallocation of the financial resource of the base system. Procedure multialternative choice has the character of formalizing expert knowledge in the form of grades compatible promising directions of development of promotion system and can achieve effective interaction of all components connected developing system. The choice of option a valid boundary conditions for the development of information and telecommunication technologies (ITT) in the region is carried out by experts on the basis of a comparison of dominant strategies. Analyzed the sample statistics over a certain period of development component of the ITT in the period that gave opportunity to confirm the performance optimization.

ADAPTATION OF LINEAR METHODS PROGRAMMING TO THE QUESTION
OF HARMONIZATION OF OPTIMAL PLANS

The current state of enterprises is largely determined by the economic activity of structural divisions, whose activities are decisive in the production of products for various purposes. For more precise coordination of plans, we formulate and consider the possibility of further optimal solution of the problem of harmonization of optimal plans at the economic level, which can be considered as one of the partial productions of the general problem of the relationship between the local and global interests of an enterprise or a company that has been delivered and studied already in the first economic and mathematical studies conducted both in our country and abroad. The decomposition method is associated with the approximation approach used in the development of a multi-step optimization system for prospective economic plans. The optimal plan for the global task is based on variant calculations of the optimal plans for certain collections of local objects, and it is possible to specify a formal method for distinguishing such structures. A specialized method of decomposing a convex optimization problem is also constructed, describing one of the possible approaches to solving some reconciliation problems. The relationship between product prices, resources and objectively determined assessments of global and local problems is investigated, as well as the possibility of using these estimates in the functioning of the economic mechanism.

THE ANALYTICAL MODEL OF THE TRANSMISSION OF THE SYNC FRAME BEACON FRAME IN THE WIRELESS MESH NETWORKING STANDARD IEEE 802.11 S
The paper solves several problems: a study of the principles of wireless cellular networks; the analysis of the characteristics of the implementation of the synchronization in wireless mesh networks IEEE 802.11 s; held to develop the analytical model of the mechanism of transmission of the sync frame Beacon frame to the network full-mesh topology. In the design and implementation of a wireless mesh network IEEE 802.11 s opportunities to correct the transfer settings for synchronization of frames depending on the number of mesh devices in the network and obtain the specified probability of completed delivery of synthroidnow. It is possible to form a wireless mesh network IEEE 802.11 s with the predicted efficiency and expected throughput.

THE CHARACTERISTICS OF MODELS OF DATA TRANSMISSION CHANNELS
In this paper the main characteristics of communication channels are given. The relationship is shown between the maximum possible information rate and bandwidth in the communication channel. . The advantage is demonstrated of using a digital method of data processing in comparison with analog. The methods of data processing method direct sequence and frequency hopping methods. The territorial network at the regional levels are often used radio relay lines is justified. The advantages of point-to-point connections are shown.
