3D INDOOR POSITIONING SYSTEM BASED ON BLUETOOTH BEACONS
This paper devoted to research of indoors navigation problems under poor or insufficient quality of satellite navigational data environment. The problem of object positioning in 3D space by Bluetooth devices located indoors forming a multi-position tracking system is considered in this research. Emphasized that in order to succeed for such system it is required to pre-estimate distinctive accuracy. The proposed model interpretation of the positioning problem as the system of linear equations. The classic model interpretation for method of least squares is used for resolution. General problem of linearization around reference resolution is the locality of its features. There are three concepts of problems solvability, such as fundamental solvability (observability), solvability in conditions of instrumental measurement errors and solvability under conditions of finite accuracy of computation on a computer. The first aspect of solvability is interpreted by the completeness of the rank of the corresponding system of linear algebraic equations, the second and third ones represents by the conditionality of the problem and the convergence of the iterative estimation procedure. The conducted experiments show that for the positioning problem the attributes of the linearized model are accurate enough to represent the original nonlinear problem. Such interpretation allows to build theoretical accuracy estimation priors for object coordinates evaluations and to identify the areas with insufficient positioning accuracy. In this paper there are results of expected accuracy evaluation for various system patterns with full-scale experiments proving the theoretical calculations. Experiments for problems with using SKYLAB Beacon VG01 Bluetooth transmitters and smartphone HUAWEI WAS-LX1 are presented and confirmed that math model with linear approximation defined by authors is usable for solving indoors navigation problems using Bluetooth signal. So, for good enough quantity and appropriate location of the tracks the achievable positioning accuracy could be as good as 0.2-0.3 meters for all three coordinates. Such accuracy allows to navigate small hovering objects such as drones. In general, it looks promising to use Bluetooth trackers for solving positioning problems for indoors environments.

THE PORTAL REMOTE REHABILITATION “NEURODOM”: IMPLEMENTATION AND TESTING

Remote neurorehabilitation refers to the field of telemedicine and allows the restoration of impaired body functions as a result of spinal injuries, traumatic brain injuries, stroke, heart attack, multiple sclerosis, etc. at the third stage of medical rehabilitation. The portal is designed to create continuous rehabilitation at home with feedback from the doctor; timely adjustment of the individual trajectory of patient rehabilitation; monitoring the results of rehabilitation through online monitoring of the patient’s health using the video recording function built into the system. Performing a set of exercises with the help of information and communication technologies in a remote format will optimally increase the physical, mental and social potential of the patient, for better integration into society. The article describes and presents the results of testing the portal of remote neurorehabilitation: safety testing, functional testing for the roles (doctor, patient, administrator) of the site was checked using test cases; performance testing; for usability – testing, a survey was conducted on real patients and a percentage ratio was compiled; testing the mobile version using the adaptivator tool, which revealed the pros and cons of the mobile version. Testing of the portal was carried out on 20 real patients. Identified errors during testing of the remote portal are resolved. The portal is at the stage of implementation at the Professor Clinic of KrasGMU named after Professors V.F. War-Yasenetsky.

ALGORITHMIC MODEL OF A DISTRIBUTED CORPORATE NOTIFICATION SYSTEM IN CONTEXT OF A CORPORATE CYBER-PHYSICAL SYSTEM

This paper discusses an architecture of a corporate notification system, ensuring information support for enterprise staff and belongs to the corporate cyber-physical system. The tasks of this system include: display of content on mobile devices and stationary displays; management of content data and its presentation; personalized content prioritization. The proposed corporate notification system provides digital content display and embraces the following components: the backend – main functional unit, being run on the corporate cyber-physical system application server, including, particularly, the software units for interoperation with data stores, as well software components, coupled with the software of the stationary screens. The interaction scenarios of stationary screens and corporate notification system server backend are considered to implement schedule management, events, as well management of content, uploaded into the system. Algorithmic model is proposed for dynamic composition and prioritization of user notifications, based on content classification groups, user access levels, relevant event lists and their relevance periods. The proposed corporate notification system employs usual networking technologies and has no dependencies with certain proprietary hardware and software platforms. It meets extensibility and portability criteria and can be integrated into existing corporate cyber-physical system as a new component.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOFTWARE CONCEPT OF THE TECHNIQUE OF ASSESSMENT OF QUALITY OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS “INSPECTOR”

The article considers the problem of assessing the quality of information systems (IS) of organizations. It was observed, that the most promising approaches in the field of IS quality assessment and management based on ISO 9000. The method “Inspector” which was developed by I.M. Azhmukhamedov and O.M. Romanova refers to such methods. The task of developing an algorithm and software that collects and processes expert data is actual. The article is devoted to the solution of this problem. The stages were identified in which experts data are collected for the “Inspector”: definition of IS functions; definition of IS subsystems; definition of elements of sets of concepts of fuzzy cognitive models of IS quality assessment; identification of links between the concepts of fuzzy cognitive models of IS quality assessment; formation of a knowledge base for assessing the current level of IS quality, consisting of fuzzy logic rules that determine the impact of each damage’s level of the damage hierarchy on information security services; condition assessment of concepts of fuzzy cognitive models of an estimation of quality of IS, which are input parameters of algorithms of a method “Inspector”. It is noted that at stage four-six it is necessary to use methods that excludes the influence of other experts on the opinion of one expert. As a result, the method of online questioning was chosen to solve the problem. It was suggested that the system is required in the form of a web portal. The algorithm of work was developed. The roles of portal users were identified. The structure of the portal form was defined.

MANAGEMENT OF THE FUNCTIONING OF THE MAN – MACHINE INFORMATION SYSTEM ON THE BASIS OF MULTI-ALTERNATIVE OPTIMIZATION OF PERSONNEL COMPETENCIES

The information system is examined in the article as a man-machine system, the effectiveness, quality and reliability of its functioning is largely determined by the personnel level of necessary knowledge and skills, developed with the use of educational resources. In this case, the management of the information system functioning consists in the achievement of key indicators of its effectiveness through the personnel competencies optimization. The implementation of this approach to management within the framework of the concept of dual personnel training of information systems is proposed. The numeric sets of components that determine a compliance of competences with advanced requirements for the development of information systems are defined. A sequence of optimization tasks enabling to provide this level is created. A mathematical description of the mentioned objectives setting on the basis of the multi-alternative optimization method is developed.

INDOOR POSITIONING SYSTEM BASED ON BLUETOOTH BEACONS

The paper is devoted to research of possibility to use Bluetooth devices for indoors navigation. Relying on alternative measurements such as Wi-Fi network, onboard accelerometers, Bluetooth devices are vastly used to solve positioning and navigation problems when there are limitations to use global positioning satellite systems (such as GPS). Recently the indoors navigation became a stand-alone subclass of the research problems with subset of developed math models and the implementation hardware. Even though there is a lot of interest in the solution of the problem, there are still no standard approach. Due to the accuracy limitations of the broadly available mobile devices applying inertial navigation approach would dramatically reduce variety of the hardware it could be used. Relying on available Wi-Fi networks for evaluation of navigation parameters also has accuracy limitations. However, using Bluetooth signal considered as way prospective for solving navigation problems. Due to the small size, relatively low prices of Bluetooth transmitters and signal features (indoors walls and bulkheads are not transparent) it is possible to deploy special indoors infrastructure for navigation purposes. The paper concludes that nature of the measurement available for Bluetooth signals is applicable for indoors accurate enough navigation for typical distances “object-beacon” in the range not more than 5-7 meters.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE INFORMATION SYSTEM ON FORMATION OF THE PREDICTED TRAINING PARAMETERS

In article training process which is presented in the form of a discrete information stream is considered. On each of stages of process of training of the pupil portions of the training information are analyzed and the quality of their assimilation, with determination of level of ignorance of a portion of educational information is defined. Individual characteristics and reaction of the pupil to every portion of the training information are created. In the conditions of creation of the optimum training system, on the basis of average value of level of ignorance function of quality of training of the pupil is defined. More adequate assessment of process of training of the pupil is created that allows to correct more effectively the operating system of training in the course of transformation of her characteristics. The control algorithm of training of the pupil with the predicted number of control checks of his knowledge is considered that allows to create the required operating influence which for this purpose is necessary. With use of the studied algorithm the vector of probabilities of ignorance by the pupil of elements of the training information is created. The algorithm on formation of the predicted parameters of training of the pupil is also developed. The task allowing to compare the optimum duration of training of the pupil received experimentally to theoretically predicted training process duration is solved. At the same time the conclusion is drawn on efficiency of formation of the predicted parameters of training of the pupil. In work the information system using results of experimental values of individual parameters of training of each pupil and allowing to define individual characteristics, to calculate rating and to monitor process of change of parameters of training is developed.

ANALYSIS OF STABILITY OF INFORMATION EXCHANGE OF ELEMENTS OF SECURITY SYSTEMS AND FACTORS OF NEGATIVE IMPACTS

With the purpose of ensuring highly reliable information processing in practice at assessment of stability of functioning of the security systems considered from positions of information structures in the conditions of negative impacts, it is necessary not only to develop new models and algorithms of steady interaction of elements of the specified information sets, but also to consider requirements to efficiency of the information processes proceeding at the same time. Increase in amount of negative impacts on elements of security complexes demands modernization of systems of parrying of negative impacts and also carrying out the analysis of stability of functioning of this sort information structures. The improvement of information structures and optimization of information processes made on the basis of development of adequate models of functioning of systems of complex safety of objects of special importance in the conditions of factors of external influences is a scientific and technical task relevant now which implementation will allow to minimize lag of rates of development of the security equipment and technologies from dynamically improved instruments of destabilization of elements of systems of protection of objects of special importance. Development and the solution of adequate mathematical model of interaction of information structures of security systems and negative impacts are intended to describe dynamics of evolution of their elements on the phase plane of space and taking into account integrated representation of stability conditions and also the second method of Lyapunov to create mathematical model of steady management of information process of interaction of elements of the specified information sets. The task of the analysis of phase portraits of a condition of security complexes as information systems is connected with a research of the attractors representing areas (the phase vicinities) of space consisting of set of concentric circles in the form of a set of the points which are attracting trajectories of evolution of elements of information structures of security systems and indicating areas of their steady functioning.

FORMATION THE SET OF THE SOFTWARE COMPONENTS FOR DUTIES IMPLEMENTATION FOR DISPATCHER OF EMERGENCY DISPATCH SERVICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES

The article considers one of directions for improving the functionality of information systems used for managing of housing and communal services. This direction is the automation of the emergency dispatch service to improve the quality of customer service (including tenants of apartment buildings). Object-oriented methodology was used to solve the problem. Typical functional possibilities of software modules currently used in the housing and communal services for the automation of emergency dispatch service are analyzed. It is noted that the work with the program modules considered provides for the presence of a dispatcher (employee of the organization for management of housing and communal services). The article contains a use case diagram (UML) for the program module «Emergency Dispatch Service». The labor functions that the dispatcher of the emergency dispatch service should perform in accordance with the domestic professional standard «Dispatcher of emergency dispatch service» are analyzed. Based on the analysis of labor functions, a diagram of usage options was constructed for the program module «Dispatcher of emergency dispatch service», whose functions should be similar to the functions of the dispatcher (employee of the organization for managing housing and communal services). As a result of the analysis of use case diagrams, a UML component diagram is constructed. The set of components in the diagram corresponds to the set of labor functions of dispatcher that must be performed in its activity. The developed component diagram also shows the interrelations between the components and the interfaces through which the components interact inside the program module «Dispatcher of emergency dispatch service», between the components and the program module of the emergency dispatch service, and between components and the organization’s information system for management of housing and communal services. The result of the analysis of diagrams is the formalization of the interaction of components with other components and program modules.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE GROUP EXCURSION TOURS INFORMATION ACCOUNTING SYSTEM
