ANALYSIS OF STABILITY OF INFORMATION EXCHANGE OF ELEMENTS OF SECURITY SYSTEMS AND FACTORS OF NEGATIVE IMPACTS

With the purpose of ensuring highly reliable information processing in practice at assessment of stability of functioning of the security systems considered from positions of information structures in the conditions of negative impacts, it is necessary not only to develop new models and algorithms of steady interaction of elements of the specified information sets, but also to consider requirements to efficiency of the information processes proceeding at the same time. Increase in amount of negative impacts on elements of security complexes demands modernization of systems of parrying of negative impacts and also carrying out the analysis of stability of functioning of this sort information structures. The improvement of information structures and optimization of information processes made on the basis of development of adequate models of functioning of systems of complex safety of objects of special importance in the conditions of factors of external influences is a scientific and technical task relevant now which implementation will allow to minimize lag of rates of development of the security equipment and technologies from dynamically improved instruments of destabilization of elements of systems of protection of objects of special importance. Development and the solution of adequate mathematical model of interaction of information structures of security systems and negative impacts are intended to describe dynamics of evolution of their elements on the phase plane of space and taking into account integrated representation of stability conditions and also the second method of Lyapunov to create mathematical model of steady management of information process of interaction of elements of the specified information sets. The task of the analysis of phase portraits of a condition of security complexes as information systems is connected with a research of the attractors representing areas (the phase vicinities) of space consisting of set of concentric circles in the form of a set of the points which are attracting trajectories of evolution of elements of information structures of security systems and indicating areas of their steady functioning.

SIMULATION EVALUATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INFORMATIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN MILITARY INSTITUTE

This paper discusses the problems associated with the introduction of information objects in the educational processes of military universities. Certain complex goals have been identified in the informatization of learning processes. The IDEF0-diagram of the choice of ways to improve the efficiency of informatization of education is given. When the path is chosen, it is necessary to initially assess the importance of each complex goal for a military University, taking into account a variety of external factors that determine the development strategy of the military University. The scale of estimation of how the measures connected with increase of efficiency of processes of informatization in education are realized is given. The recommendations for decision-making on the importance of the use of information objects, depending on the criteria used. The algorithm of increasing the efficiency of informatization processes in education is given. The algorithm which is connected with calculation of weight coefficients on expected results of introduction of objects of informatization taking into account how they influence on expected results of training is considered. It is based on the principal component method. It is shown how the contribution of the expected results of informatization to the evaluation of education is calculated.

THE CHARACTERISTICS OF MODELS OF DATA TRANSMISSION CHANNELS
In this paper the main characteristics of communication channels are given. The relationship is shown between the maximum possible information rate and bandwidth in the communication channel. . The advantage is demonstrated of using a digital method of data processing in comparison with analog. The methods of data processing method direct sequence and frequency hopping methods. The territorial network at the regional levels are often used radio relay lines is justified. The advantages of point-to-point connections are shown.

THE POSSIBILITIES FOR OPTIMIZE THE OPERATION OF THE INDUSTRIAL COMPANY
The paper discusses the peculiarities of reengineering as a tool to significantly improve the work efficiency of companies. A comparison of forward and reverse engineering is given. The requirements are specified that define the objective assessment parameters of the company. The requirements are shown to the model that allow for the most adequate way to describe the processes in the organization.

THE MAIN TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGIES OF INFORMATION EXCHANGE
In this paper the analysis of peculiarities of development trend of computer technology is given. It was shown how to provide virtually unlimited bandwidth of routing protocols that can be used in wireless networks. Continuously growing number of professionals working from a PC which is becoming their main working tool. The characteristic feature of the new generation computers connected to the introduction of artificial intelligence and natural language communication are considered.

COMPLEX STUDY OF PROBLEMS OF BUILDING OF EFFECTIVE NETWORK SYSTEMS WITH CLUSTER STRUCTURE
The characteristic of a class of network systems with the cluster structure and the efficiency of their functioning are given. THE CHARACTERISTICS OF PROTOCOLS IN MESH-NETS
In the paper the analysis of features of protocols of routing which that can be used in wireless networks which are focused on application of topology of mesh is given. The characteristics connected with the speed of formation of routes, number of the applied knots, need of reception by subscribers in a multimedia traffic were considered. It is shown that for big networks in which mobile subscribers use a traffic of real time, it is effectively to apply hybrid protocols.
