AUTOMATED PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEM FOR OBTAINING ELEMENTAL SULFUR BASED ON RISK ASSESSMENT

We consider this type of management objects, the functioning of which occurs under various types of uncertainty and requires the development of a specific approach to management, analysis and evaluation of a variety of factors that affect the work and are not amenable to quantitative and qualitative description. In this paper, the task of controlling the technological process of obtaining sulfur is formulated. The analysis of the technological installation for obtaining elemental sulfur by the Claus method as a control object is carried out. Risk factors for the process under consideration are highlighted. A model for identifying the current state of the control object is proposed. The algorithm of management intellectualization, which acts as a base for the developed expert subsystem, is synthesized. The structure and order of functional interaction of the expert subsystem of the automated process control system with the decision-maker is given. The author developed an algorithmic support for the expert subsystem of the automated control system for the technological process of sulfur production, designed for integration into the operating environment of the operator’s automated workplace. The efficiency of the synthesized expert subsystem is evaluated by using a training simulator that simulates the operation of the control panel of the process unit for obtaining elemental sulfur using the Claus method. Based on the results of modeling 35 emergencies, 100% were identified by the expert subsystem, of which 28% were prevented at an early stage by implementing the generated recommendations.

AUTOMATIC CONTROL OF A CONTINUOUS ROBOT USING THE FABRIK ALGORITHM

Nowadays transcatheter minimally invasive surgery has gained popularity due to the shorter rehabilitation period of patients and lower risks during such interventions. However, this type of surgery is manually performed by surgeons and clinicians, which requires a high skill of specialists. Additionally, transcatheter surgery takes a lot of time and thereby increases the risk of medical error. The robotic solutions available today are expensive and inaccessible to most hospitals, clinics and medical centers. A solution of this problem may be the development of a simple automated control system, the usage of which will increase accuracy, repeatability, and reduce the risks related to the human factor. A medical catheter represents a manipulator that can bend in any point of its structure. This structural feature allows these manipulators to work in places with complex geometry, including the anatomical structures of the human body. In this regard, catheters have found their application in many fields, including medicine and industry. However, the control of this type of robots is complicated by the presence of flexible links tending to infinity. For positioning and orientation of continuous robots, forward and inverse kinematics algorithms are used. One of the most promising approaches is the Forward And Backward Reaching Inverse Kinematics algorithm (FABRIK). In this regard, this paper presents a fast and reliable system without feedback and based on the FABRIK algorithm for automatic control of a continuous robot.

A SOFTWARE APPLICATION FOR THE ANALYSIS OF PHASE TRAJECTORY OF DYNAMIC SYSTEM WITH USING OF QUALITATIVE THEORY OF DYNAMICAL SYSTEMS(ON EXAMPLE OF THE ORGANIZATION IN THE MANAGEMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES)

The purpose of the article is the enhancement of the instruments for automation of the qualitative research of the dynamic system and forecasting values of the parameters, which characterize organization activities in the economy (particularly in the field of management of housing and communal services). In this article, the problem of automation of the analysis of the phase trajectory of the dynamic system is solved (organization of management of housing and communal services), using the qualitative theory of dynamic systems. The research is relevant due to the insufficient level of automation of qualitative research of dynamic systems in the economy with the economic interpretation of research results. Methods of qualitative theory of dynamic systems, which are used, allow forecasting the state of the dynamic system without numerical simulation (for example, integrating differential system, which is a model of the dynamic system). In the article is presented technique, in accordance with research of the phase trajectory of the dynamic system using the software application, was conducted. Types of phase points in the phase plane in accordance with character of behavior of the phase trajectory plane in the neighborhood of the projection of the phase point were identified. By the example of the phase trajectory analysis, which characterizes activity of organization of management of housing and communal services, opportunities of the software application, building of projection of the phase trajectory into the three planes occurs. It was identified that in the phase planes equilibrium states as «stable node» and «stable focus» are missing, but there are equilibrium states such as «unstable node», «unstable focus» and «saddle». The example of detection of the «field of attraction» of the phase trajectory in phase plane is given. Types of «fields of attraction» were identified and economic interpretation for the «fields of attraction» was given. The main directions for the enhancement of the developed software application functionality are formulated. The materials of the article present the practical value for the experts, who are forecasting state of the organization in economy, and particularly in the housing and communal services.

MODEL OF DISTRIBUTION OF RESOURCES OF THE AUTOMATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF MILITARY AND DOUBLE APPOINTMENT IN CONDITIONS OF INSUFFICIENCY OF INFORMATION ON DEVELOPMENT OF INTERFERENCE-TARGET SITUATION

The article considers the problem of resource allocation automated control system of military and dual-use in terms of lack of information about the development interference-target situation. The urgency of this problem caused by low quality of planning, allocation and utilization of resources of the automated system in terms of the lack of information about the development interference-target situation, which reduces the efficiency of the system itself and its application. The problem is solved by means of the developed model resource allocation system in terms of the possible appearance at the entrance to a variety of perturbations adapted to the current situation of the occurrence of armed conflict. The model is a representation of the solution of a vector optimization problem and construct the function a guaranteed win in the binary relationships of conflict, cooperation and indifference. Thus, solved the problem of resource allocation automated control system of military and dual-use in terms of lack of information about the development interference-target situation by means of creating a model of such a system taking into account the possibility of its entrance to a variety of disturbances. It also justifies the decomposition of the system, which allows to represent the solution of a vector optimization problem binary relations of conflict, cooperation and indifference. Proposed approaches to the construction of a utility function and a guaranteed win, and a numerical optimization scheme on this set.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OF DISTRIBUTION RESOURCES OF THE AUTOMATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF MILITARY AND DOUBLE APPOINTMENT IN CONDITIONS OF INSUFFICIENCY OF INFORMATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTERFERENCE-TARGET SITUATION

The article considers the information technology of resource allocation for an automated military and dual-use control system in conditions of insufficient information on the development of noise-target conditions. The unpredictability of future interference effects and the possible change in objectives, the insecurity of domestic resources, as well as other almost unpredictable impacts, are called disturbances. Information technology is represented by a structural model in the form of a tuple of models performing certain narrowly directed functions on interaction with disturbances. The first model, included in the tuple, is the information model of possible perturbations, the second model describes the connections of the set of disturbances to the input of the automated control system, the third model converts the input object (disturbance) into an output object (control action), the fourth describes the connection of the output of the automated system with the set of disturbances, and the fifth set of reactions of the automated system to the appearance of each perturbation. Based on the technology of resource allocation for an automated military and dual-purpose control system under conditions of insufficient information on the development of the noise-target situation, an algorithm for its implementation has been constructed, including the consecutive implementation of five phases. Dedicated models due to the invariance of system properties are applicable to the description of the process of resource management of an automated control system at all levels of its organization.
