The paper is structured analysis of fields of application of various mathematical expression-political methods and models in problems of personnel management. For the study, you determined the range of problems of management staff development. In the framework of the decision of the selected tasks proposed the model of neural networks and fuzzy linguistic technologies, addressing to improve efficiency used in practice in these spheres-pax procedures and technologies.
