THE POSSIBILITY OF USING THE METHOD OF INTEGRAL EQUATIONS AS THE BASIC METHOD IN CAD SYSTEMS ANTENNAS
The paper discusses the features of the method of integral equations, which can be performed for electrodynamic modeling of diffraction-governmental agencies included in the antenna-feeder devices. The criteria are specified on which to evaluate the effectiveness of the methods. The possibility is noted of using the method of integral equations for the design of magneto-dielectric antennas.

THE METHODS OF PROCESSING MEDICAL DATA
In the paper the problems of processing medical data, the possibility of improving the quality of diagnosis are considered. The peculiarities of statistical data processing are specified, allowing obtaining the maximum achievable reliability for the results of the analysis. APPLICATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TO CONTROL THE MOVEMENT OF SHIPS THROUGH A LOCK

Optimum control algorithm of locking ships is presented. Ship or cargo idleness minimum criteria are used for lock control and ship pass problem. Communications between computer system of the lock and AIS of the ships near the lock are described in details. Optimum scheduling concept is developed depending on ships traffic flow rate. Ships priorities take into account during locking ships scheduling. Computer and human locking ships schedules are compared.

THE CHARACTERISTICS OF ROUTING PROTOCOLS IN MESH NETWORKS
This paper discusses the characteristics of building mesh networks and their difference from the conventional Ethernet. The characteristics of the three levels of mesh networks are given. A comparative analysis of the properties of the routing protocols that used in such nets is carried out.

ALGORITHMIZATION OF DISEASE MORBIDITY DATA MINING AT REGIONAL AND MUNICIPAL LEVELS

In the course of multilevel monitoring of disease morbidity the authors propose a succession of stages for carrying out data mining: 1) formation of informative database; 2) comparative data analysis according to distinct geographical units; 3) analysis of a current state, dynamics of the analyzed indices and forecasting their changes; 4) interrelation analysis of the population morbidity indices and resources provision and work of a psychiatric service; 5) classification of the Region’s areas according to morbidity level of the analyzed pathology. The authors offer a complex of methods and means, allowing solving the original problems.
