METHODOLOGICAL AND DIDACTIC FEATURES OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES USAGE IN THE PROCESS OF MATHEMATICAL EDUCATION OF FUTURE ENGINEERS

Methodological and didactic features of the usage of information technologies in the process of mathematical education of future engineers are revealed in the article. The didactic aspect of the implementation of mathematical education with the use of information technology is based on a careful selection of the content of training in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education; methodical — involves the choice of effective forms of conducting classes using the capabilities of information technology, the organization of independent work (classroom and non-auditory). We define the concept of “information technology training”. Examples of actively used means of information technologies are given. This allows us to improve continuously the content and the teaching methods, and to increase the effectiveness. The process of mathematical education is based on the orientation on the requirements of the future profession, taking into account the individual character features of students. Strengthening the applied component is carried out by introducing special mathematical courses, developed in conjunction with the profiling departments, as well as solving professionally-oriented tasks using such software as Excel, Mathcad, Maplе, Mathematica. An example of a professionally-oriented task is provided in the article. The stages of the students’ activities organized by the teacher to solve it are described in details.

ADAPTIVE AUTOMATED SYSTEM AS A TRAINING DIFFERENTIATION MEANS IN THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALISTS EDUCATION PROCESS

One of the most effective ways to implement a differentiated approach in the information technology (IT) specialists training which consists in the adaptive automated learning system use is proposed in the article. The system will allow to store a large amount of educational information, to modify it if necessary, to adapt it to different categories of users in accordance with their level of initial training, to check the formation of competencies and analysis of mistakes made by students in the control testing process. The system dataware includes a relational database (DB), which contains theoretical information of the discipline, exercises and control tasks on all topics, adapted to different categories of students, as well as a table in which all erroneous answers of users are entered during the control testing for further analysis. The software contains the users automatic classification module which is based on the cluster analysis method and allows at the input control stage to form four groups of students depending on the level of residual knowledge obtained in the previous disciplines study, corresponding to the marks as “excellent”, “good”, “satisfactory” and “unsatisfactory”, in order to differentiate the educational material. The training program module is designed to solve the problems of new knowledge acquiring by students of different groups, using the theoretical knowledge obtained in the practical tasks implementation and checking the competence formation level. In the event that the level has not reached the baseline, the error analysis module allows to determine which discipline subjects have caused the greatest difficulties for the student to re-study.

AUTOMATION OF PERSONALIZED FEEDBACK IN THE PROGRAMMING STUDIES COURSES
The use of automatic feedback can significantly increase the success of beginners in programming, especially for those who have to study inside a large group, and the teacher’s time is limited. The article proposes an approach to the creation of automatic feedback based on previous solutions. The approach is to form a solution space of programs – weighted graph. The nodes in the graph are the program code; the edge weight is the number of changes and actions that need to be performed in order to go from one state to another. To reduce the number of unique solutions, the source code is normalized using a number of transformations and the construction of an abstract syntax tree. Feedback is a hint of the next step, which can be generated after a new solution is added to an existing graph and the path leading to a more correct state is identified. Thus, with the help of feedback you can reach the right decision. Using the solution space also allows you to find out which solutions are most common, which errors occur and which ways they can be corrected students prefer. Since this approach is based solely on data, the teacher does not need significant interaction with, which makes it scalable and adaptable.

MANAGEMENT OF FUNDS ALLOCATION OF AN EDUCATIONAL
The article presents the expert optimization approach to improving the efficiency of funds allocation management in an educational organization, which is a combination of intelligent technologies, analytical and numerical methods. It is suggested that managerial decisions should be focused on the objectives of funds allocation and development strategy of the educational organization. Achievement of these goals is provided by the use of expert-optimization approach in the tasks of funds allocation between the budgeting objects. The functional funds allocation among school business processes is carried out with the use of an expert knowledge model of transforming the results of a SWOT analysis of building membership functions of vague relationships. The budget allocation of income and expenses between the centers of financial reporting is implemented on the basis of expert assessment with the use of linguistic variables and a formalized model of multi-alternative optimization. For the allocation of the investment budget among the educational organization development projects, a preliminary expert analysis of management accounting mechanisms with a transition to the multi-alternative optimization task is used.

MODEL OF SYSTEM DYNAMICS OF PROCESS OF TRAINING

The relevance of this work is caused by importance of account in educational process of personal qualities of trainees. Importance of the solution of this problem is defined by the fact that competence-based approach assumes formation of future workers capable independently to work in various situations, to have an impact on others. When training in non-uniform educational collectives (groups) it is possible to allocate subgroups of pupils by different criteria: to abilities, progress, discipline, etc. Subgroups of trainees have an impact at each other. Force of this influence depends on the number of subgroups, of coefficients of influence and time of impact. As a result of mutual influence, it is possible of the trainee to move from one group to another. The article uses the method of mathematical modeling to analyze and account for the dynamic interaction of pupils in the team. The model is based on the system of differential equations of J. Forrester. The analytical solution of a system for a standard case in educational process – existence of three types of subgroups of trainees is received. A numerical example is given to illustrate the results. Results of its decision are presented graphically. Important special cases of the General system of differential equations (setting of relations between the coefficients of influence) are considered. The developed mathematical model will improve the quality of the educational process.

EXTRACTION OF MORPHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF TECHNICAL OBJECTS FROM RUSSIAN PATENTS

The task of automation of synthesis of innovative solutions in the field of technical systems and technologies is one of the most priority problems of science. The authors propose to automate the most important, initial stages of the design of new technical systems and technologies on the basis of updated knowledge bases obtained from the world patent database, including the Rospatent patent database. According to the method of morphological analysis and synthesis, it is assumed that the main structural features (functions of technical objects) are extracted from some technical solution (patent), on the basis of which alternative options are sought. All these features are reduced to a morphological table, combined, which gives a lot of new solutions. The paper describes the developing a software for extracting the technical functions descriptions from Russian patents. The grammar of the presentation of technical functions descriptions according to the model “Action-Object-Condition” in the Russian-language patents was formed; algorithms for the initial processing of the patent database, the extraction of technical functions through the analysis of dependency trees, the formation of the morphological table was developed. The software consisting of a module of patent database processing; a module of text segmentation of the patent formula; a module of semantic text analysis; a module of extracting descriptions of technical functions; a module of presenting the results of patent database processing, was tested to solve practical problems.

GRAMMATICAL APPROACH TO THE DESCRIPTION AND ANALYSIS OF THE GOALS OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

The relevance of the study is due to the complexity and importance of the problem of definition and description of goals in the educational process. The importance of solving this problem is determined by the fact that without the correct formulation and coordination of the goals of the educational organization it is impossible to operate any educational institution. Currently implemented in the education system competence approach puts forward new, increased requirements for goal-setting, including the ultimate effectiveness of the goals. To describe the hierarchical structure of the goals it is necessary to formalize them (to build a mathematical model of the goals). Currently, there is no universal method for developing such models. The article describes the method of description and analysis of the educational process using the mathematical apparatus of formal KS-grammars. As an example of application of the developed method the grammar for the description of the purposes of departments within interdisciplinary training is constructed. Shows an example of the grammar chain for the hive dependencies. The tree of syntactic subordination is constructed. The materials of the article are of practical value, as they can be used not only in the educational process and other areas of the social sphere (culture, health, etc.), but also in the systems of industrial and economic sphere.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE INFORMATION SYSTEM ON FORMATION OF THE PREDICTED TRAINING PARAMETERS

In article training process which is presented in the form of a discrete information stream is considered. On each of stages of process of training of the pupil portions of the training information are analyzed and the quality of their assimilation, with determination of level of ignorance of a portion of educational information is defined. Individual characteristics and reaction of the pupil to every portion of the training information are created. In the conditions of creation of the optimum training system, on the basis of average value of level of ignorance function of quality of training of the pupil is defined. More adequate assessment of process of training of the pupil is created that allows to correct more effectively the operating system of training in the course of transformation of her characteristics. The control algorithm of training of the pupil with the predicted number of control checks of his knowledge is considered that allows to create the required operating influence which for this purpose is necessary. With use of the studied algorithm the vector of probabilities of ignorance by the pupil of elements of the training information is created. The algorithm on formation of the predicted parameters of training of the pupil is also developed. The task allowing to compare the optimum duration of training of the pupil received experimentally to theoretically predicted training process duration is solved. At the same time the conclusion is drawn on efficiency of formation of the predicted parameters of training of the pupil. In work the information system using results of experimental values of individual parameters of training of each pupil and allowing to define individual characteristics, to calculate rating and to monitor process of change of parameters of training is developed.

IMITATION EXPERIMENT ON STRUCTURAL AND PARAMETRIC IDENTIFICATION OF MODELS OF INTEGRATED ASSESSMENT OF MONITORING-RATING INFORMATION ON HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ACTIVITIES

The article deals with the problem of integrated evaluation of monitoring and rating information on higher educational institutions activities, focused on possibilities of intellectual support for managerial decision making. The formalized presentation of monitoring and rating data is considered and the necessity of generation of a two-level model of integral assessment is introduced. The most efficient variants of the structural and parametric representation of the models of indices folding and the initial information normalization are provided. The possibility of carrying out an imitation experiment on the structural and parametric identification of models is substantiated. For the adaptive choice of structure and parameters, an optimization criterion in the form of a Hamming distance with the use of randomized search schemes is introduced. The conclusion about the effectiveness of combination of formalized and expert procedures for selection of perspective models of integral assessment on the basis of simulation experiments is effectuated.

EXPERIENCE AND PROSPECTS OF USING ORACLE ACADEMY PROGRAM LEARNING COURSES

Current paper is about problem of introduction in the educational process for IT learning programs of training courses created by vendor companies within the framework of academic partnership programs. Many years of experience of authors in the framework of the ORACLE Academy program are described. Currently, the program includes seven core full-fledged training courses on programming in the Java language and databases located on the iLearning platform. In addition, there are several additional courses available in the self-study mode. The authors propose a scheme for using these courses in the educational process, which has worked well for a few years in the Far Eastern Federal University and Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service, including in the master’s education. The paper concludes with an assessment of the relevance, content and quality of these training courses, the prospects for the work of Russian universities in terms of membership in the program, and gives recommendations on the organization of the teaching and methodological work of the staff involved in the development of the ORACLE Academy program at the university. The conclusion is made that accessing the training courses of vendors and harmoniously integrating them into the curricula can significantly increase the attractiveness of educational programs and strengthen their competitive advantages in the market of educational services, including international ones.
