APPROXIMATION OF EVOLUTIONARY DIFFERENTIAL SYSTEMS WITH DISTRIBUTED PARAMETERS ON THE NETWORK AND MOMENT METHODS

The paper considers evolutionary problems underlying the mathematical description of oscillatory and hydrodynamic processes in network-like objects (waveguides, hydraulic networks, etc.). The main attention is paid to the analysis of the properties of the elliptic operator (the one-dimensional Laplace operator) with distributed parameters on the network, establishing the spectral completeness of the system of eigenfunctions in the class of square-integrable functions. Conditions are obtained that guarantee Neumann stability (spectral stability) of difference schemes for evolutionary problems; a solution to the moment method control problem is presented. The methods for studying evolutionary problems are based on the properties of a positive definite elliptic operator: a system of eigenfunctions forms a basis in the space of functions summable with a square; series in the system of eigenfunctions admit a priori estimates of the solutions of the evolutionary problem; approximation of an elliptic operator reduces it to a finite-dimensional operator in a finite-dimensional space of grid functions with a natural Euclidean norm, which (a finite-dimensional operator) approximates the original with any predetermined accuracy in the sense of the norm of the space of functions summable squared. For evolutionary problems, an explicit first-order approximation scheme on the graph grid (parabolic system) and an explicit second-order approximation scheme (hyperbolic system) are used. The oscillatory properties of the obtained operators are established, similar to the classical oscillatory properties. For difference schemes of parabolic and hyperbolic systems of equations, conditions are obtained that guarantee countable spectral stability (stability in the sense of Neumann) and, therefore, the possibility of obtaining analogues of A.F. Filippova on the convergence of difference schemes in terms of approximation steps of a graph grid. To illustrate the applicability of the approach used, the control problem is considered – the translation of evolutionary systems of parabolic and hyperbolic types from given initial to given final states; conditions are obtained that guarantee the controllability of the systems under study.

OPTIMIZATION OF “LAST MILES” TO REMOTE ACCESS NODES BY APPLICATION OF LCAS TECHNOLOGY

The article deals with the problem of construction and further operation of the last miles of departmental communication networks to the point of presence of Telecom operators, as well as the option of optimization of optical departmental networks to remote access nodes at the point of presence of Telecom operators. The structural location of network elements is described. Outlines the key used topology access networks. The topology of the “ring”is described. The application of LCAS technology to increase the bandwidth of individual communication channels formed in the SDH network is considered. The analysis of efficiency of departmental communication networks with the use of LCAS technology and without it is carried out. The requirements for the organization of communication channels of domestic networks in the electric power industry by types of channels and transmission rates are indicated. The technology of organization of SDH network structure of frames and types of containers used for traffic transport in optical networks is described. The principle of operation of LCAS technology in optical networks is described in detail on the example of organization of cross-connections of VC SDH containers. A number of advantages of using this method of optimizing the last miles of departmental networks to the point of presence of Telecom operators, which in turn are confirmed by the experimental method, are determined.

APPLICATION OF THE MODEL TECHNOLOGIES OF THE SYSTEM ANALYSIS IN MANAGEMENT OF PERSONNEL FOR F-EM TERRITORIAL BODIES OF THE MIA OF RUSSIA

The article deals with the issues of improving the management of personnel provision of ATS. The author conducted the analysis of the dynamics of the basic parameters of the operating environment after the reform of the Warsaw Pact and came to the conclusion that along with the positive changes of mi in activities of OVD has a number of problematic issues that require special attention. A significant part of them lies in the field of personnel policy and personnel work. First of all, we are talking about a significant shortage of employees in the territorial units of the criminal investigation, inquiry, investigation, police stations. At the same time, the situation is aggravated by a decrease in the motivation of employees of these units to work in good faith and a high level of rotation, which steadily leads to a decrease in the efficiency of their activities. In order to find the main contradictions and ways to resolve them in this area, the author uses a typical technology of system analysis on the basis of procedures – MEASUREMENT, EVALUATION, decision-MAKING and component – INPUT, PROCESS, OUTPUT. As a direct object of the system analysis the model of personnel management of ATS is used. The system analysis of this model has allowed to reveal two actual problems of the CAD-work demanding the decision: improvement of methods of calculating staffing needs of the territory-promotion of ATS units with the purpose of optimizing the load on employees; improving the methodology for calculating the evaluation of the activities of ATS units on the basis of refusal to assess the results of work and the transition to the calculation of efficiency of human resources. As a tool for solving these problems, the author proposes to apply the method of system dynamics, represented by a mathematical expression reflecting the dynamic balance of the main elements of the operational environment-crime – personnel – efficiency

In intelligent decision support systems aimed at solving the problems of structurally parametric synthesis of models of large discrete systems with a given behavior, based on genetic algorithms, it is often required to increase speed using not only hardware, but also mathematical ones. In this paper, we consider the processes that arise when using an evolutionary procedure consisting of four genetic algorithms adapted to the task of synthesizing under the control of an artificial neural network. Each model that is part of the decision-making block fulfills its function in the task of structural-parametric synthesis of simulation models of large discrete systems. That is, it searches for solutions based on: models of elements that make up the synthesized object; interelement connections; initial parameters of the functioning of the elements; parameters of the elements of the synthesized system, which can change in the synthesized model during its operation. As a control, the use of an artificial neural network is considered, which makes adjustments to the functioning parameters of the operators of the genetic algorithm and (or) the connection of various combinations of evolutionary procedures depending on the convergence of the evolutionary procedure. When creating a process model, modern methodologies IDEF0 and IDEF3 were used, aimed at solving problems of system analysis.

DEVELOPMENT AND RESEARCH OF AUTOMATED INFORMATION SYSTEM OF THE ENTERPRISE WITH THE APPLICATION OF MEANS OF MODELING

The article deals with topical issues of development of automated information systems (AIS) of enterprises on the example of a furniture company with the use of modern information technologies and appropriate modeling tools. Taking into account the obvious prospects of large-scale use of mobile devices in the information society, within the framework of the developed AIS, the design and software implementation of a mobile application for the convenience of customers of the furniture company was carried out. The developed AIS furniture company and mobile app allow you to increase the efficiency and comfort of the processing of customer requests for company personnel involved in this process and for the customers, placing orders and supervising their implementation with the help of mobile apps. Appropriate ontological, functional and visual modeling tools were used in the process of AIS and mobile application design. Taking into account actual and perspective tendencies of improvement of the automated information systems of management in modern management assuming active use of computer simulation modeling for research and improvement of parameters of functioning of the realized AIS development and research of simulation discrete-event GPSS-model is carried out. An important feature of the proposed model is that it, unlike similar models, is complex and allows to consider not only the managerial processes for the processing of applications and other business processes, such as Assembly, loading and delivery of furniture to customers and has funds research sojourn time of requests in the system taking into account the specific type of furniture and no such accounting controls placement of furniture in the back of the car taking into account the size of furniture, means of calculation of financial-economic parameters of the enterprise with the aim of maximising profits and other means of research. Based on the results of the study, practical recommendations are given to optimize the management and production processes of a furniture company in Penza.

MODELING THE SITUATION OF DEFAULTS ON BASIS OF DIFFERENTIAL CALCULUS IN ENTERPRISE INTEGRATION SYSTEM

The description of the relatively stable state of the Russian economy over the past two years presents significant difficulties in terms of standard economic theory. The reasons for the permanent, but not landslide decline in production are not clear; it is not clear how several types of money coexist; unusual functions and policies of banks in the absence of investment and low profitability of production.In this paper, we consider the possibility of constructing a simulation model of an enterprise’s activity in an environment where attempts to enter the mar-ket are not always successful and failures are accompanied by serious problems with working capital, an analysis of existing formalized approaches to solving this problem is also given, and an enterprise’s work model is constructed in which sales and purchase of products occurs us-ing a two-channel system, which is characterized by non-payments (the model is stable at the same time) or with full payment (m clothing is unstable). The model takes into account qualita-tively different modes of operation of the enterprise in accordance with external parameters. It is proved that such a model stimulates enterprises to join in financial and industrial groups, the role of fixed costs in the economy and the possibility of their elimination taking into account the proposed mathematical model are also considered. The conducted studies substantiate the idea of the need to create institutions of secondary redistribution of profit.

ANALYSIS OF THE PROBLEM OF PRICING USING SIMULATION MODELS IN THE CONDITIONS OF MAXIMIZATION OF PROFIT

The issue of price formation in a free market and monopolized production continues to be relevant. The proposed work presents a mechanism for constructing simulation models of market price formation in a situation where the main factor is the desire to get the maximum profit. It is also important to consider the so-called economic structure of society (ESO), i.e. distribution of families by liquid savings. The paper proves that the desire for maximum profit in different types of societies leads to different results. The article considers the possibility of constructing a model of pricing (p) based on maximum profit, as well as the behavior of the distribution function of consumers by liquid savings x, it is proved that the result correlates with the stress function: the inflection point in x corresponds to the fact that the maximum profit fixes the price at the level characterized by the behavior of the function. In the case of convexity of function everywhere, profit maximization without regulation at the state level cannot contribute to price stabilization. The paper substantiates the feature of optimal pricing, considering the specific characteristics of society using the Pareto marginal distribution.

APPLICATION OF WEB SERVICES BASED ON SITUATION-ORIENTED DATABASE FOR MONITORING THE VIEWING OF THE EDUCATIONAL VIDEO-CONTENT

This article discusses the task of monitoring student views of educational videos hosted on YouTube video hosting. A solution to this problem is proposed based on the control and analysis of comments posted by students during viewing. The organization of this process is discussed, as well as the functionality of the video viewing monitoring subsystem, which provides for the collection and analysis of student comments, as part of the university educational system. The structure of a relational database for the accumulation of information about video views is considered. Examples of analytical reports on watching videos aimed at students and teachers are given. To fill the relational data warehouse (ETL process), as well as to generate analytical reports on video viewing, a situation-oriented database (SODB) is used. The SODB capabilities for organizing micro-services using the example of heterogeneous data management, which are extracted from the YouTube API and the database of the educational system storage, are demonstrated and then placed in a relational database based on the concept of virtual documents displayed on heterogeneous data sources. This implementation is explained when mapping virtual documents to web services such as the YouTube API. A set of REST-services is developed that is developed on the base of SODB to solve the task of monitoring views. The universality and simplicity of the hierarchical situational model of the SODB is noted both when defining web services and when managing them. The practical implementation of the subsystem for monitoring the views of educational videos on the PHP platform is described.

INFORMATION RECEIVING IN ONLINE TRAINING PROCESS MANAGEMENT BASED ON COMPLEX OPEN ENDED ASSIGNMENTS SCORING

Information gathering stage is one of the most important stages in management. The efficiency of management depends on received information. Information gathering methods depend on an object of management specificity. Testing results are the main information in training process management in training systems. Collected statistics of the testing results is the base for decision-making. A problem occurs when a training course contains tasks, implementation results of which cannot be checked by means of tests. Such tasks are complex open ended assignments. Different methods are used for scoring such tasks in learning management systems and massive open online course platforms. The methods are addressed in the paper. Method classes such as: methods implemented by standard tools of training systems (student self assessment, peer assessment, tutor or external expert manual assessment), methods implemented by extending the functional possibilities of training systems (situational assignment), methods implemented by external programs (special methods for specific domain) are described. Applicability of methods for information gathering in online training process management is identified. Reliable and complete information can be received only by using situational assignment and special methods for specific domain.

CONSTRUCTION OF DECISION RULES USING THE ARTMAP NEURAL NETWORK

This article discusses the ARTMAP neural network architecture, compatible with a symbolic representation based on IF-THEN rules. In particular, the knowledge gained during the training of the ARTMAP network can be transformed into a compact set of decision rules for classifying the source data, which can be analyzed by domain experts, by analogy with interpreted machine learning methods, such as decision trees or linear regression. Similarly, knowledge in the a priori area presented in the form of IF-THEN rules can be transformed into the ARTMAP neural network architecture. The presence of a preliminary set of rules used in the initialization of the network increases the accuracy of classification and the effectiveness of training. The original set of rules can be supplemented using the learning algorithm ARTMAP. Each rule formed in the process of learning a network has a confidence factor that can be interpreted as its importance or usefulness. The architecture, training algorithms and functioning of the ARTMAP network for the extraction of rules are described in terms of the previously proposed generalized model of networks of the ART family proposed by the authors.
