DEVELOPMENT OF A VIRTUAL MACHINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR AN OPERATING SYSTEM OF SPECIAL USE

The article deals with current issues and problems of developing virtual machine management systems. The problems of dynamic migration of virtual machines, the problem of storing the configuration of a virtual machine are highlighted as important problems.The analysis of methods for the implementation of dynamic migration revealed the shortcomings of existing algorithms. Were also identified the shortcomings of storing the configuration of the virtual machine in the configuration file. The scientific novelty lies in the development of a new combined dynamic migration algorithm, which differs from the known algorithms by higher flexibility and productivity. The combined algorithm makes it possible to make a decision on the need for dynamic migration at a higher speed compared to existing algorithms. The flexibility of the algorithm is the ability to decide on the need for migration, both with the help of the administrator, and without his participation. An alternative algorithm was also proposed for storing the configuration of the virtual machine in the registry of the operating system in comparison with the algorithm for storing the configuration in the configuration file. This approach allows you to increase the security of the virtual machine management system and differentiate access rights for virtual machines, which is a mandatory requirement for a special-purpose operating system.A virtual machine management system was designed using, among other things, ontological and visual modeling.According to the results of this work, solutions were proposed for choosing a method for storing the configuration of a virtual machine and the problem of determining the need for dynamic migration.The results obtained in the course of the study were used as the basis for the software implementation of the virtual machine management system for a special-purpose operating system in the NTP “Cryptosoft” (Penza).

DEVELOPMENT OF ALGORITHMS OF DATA STORAGE DOCUMENT FOR SPREADSHEET SOFTWARE

This article discusses the current issues of the development of modified algorithms of document data storage for spreadsheet. Analysis of the existing mechanisms of document data storage, used in modern spreadsheets, revealed a number of their weak points, among which was particularly highlighted the use in the process of excess memory. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to develop an algorithm that is optimal in terms of the amount of RAM used. The proposed modified algorithm combines the strengths of DOM and SAX XML processors. The proposed algorithm reduces the requirements for memory resources when working with the content of the document, which has a positive effect on the overall performance of the system. Visual and ontological modeling of the proposed algorithm was carried out in the process of consideration of the problems identified in this article. As a result of the work carried out, an algorithm for storing the document data optimal for the RAM used was developed. The results of scientific work were used as the main mechanism of interaction with the content of the document in the framework of the spreadsheet software developed for a special-purpose operating system in NTP “Cryptosoft”(Penza).

THE ENERGY ANALYSIS NC PROGRAMM FOR MACHINING CENTER

The paper considers an approach to the energy analysis of control programs (up) for multi-purpose machines (MCS) with a numerical control system (CNC), the purpose of which is to assess the efficiency of energy consumption when it is performed on a certain equipment. Describes the General approach to programming of CNC systems with the help of ISO-7bit. The description of the grammar of ISO7Bit language is presented with the help of metacharacters for constructing the syntactic and lexical analyzers of the text of the control program on its basis. Considered the authors developed software for analysis of control programs with the goal of getting out of the text up the contour of the workpiece, cutting speed and feed in each point of the trajectory, and calculation of the data obtained cutting power and chart your energy consumption by machine drives system. To demonstrate the capabilities of the developed software, an analysis of the control program obtained at the enterprise of the Tula region was made. As a result, a number of measures are proposed to improve the energy efficiency of its implementation: reducing the “irrational” idle tool strokes and optimizing the feed value at the time of processing the “depression”. Directions for further modernization of the developed software are shown.

THE PROBLEMS OF MONITORING AND CONTROL OF MICROCLIMATE PARAMETERS IN THE MICROELECTRONICS INDUSTRY

Currently, more and more attention in the strategic planning of industrial development in Russia is paid to enterprises working in the field of microelectronics. This is confirmed by a large number of conferences, forums and meetings at the highest state level on the development of microelectronics in Russia. The main part of the enterprises producing microelectronic products began their work in the Soviet period. That is, today there are production shops, which in their size and characteristics do not coincide with modern production lines of microelectronic products. The article presents the influence of microclimate parameters on the quality of products. Both the characteristics of the air entering and leaving the premises and the electrostatic characteristics undoubtedly affecting the production of microelectronics and often leading to marriage, as well as the parameters of the water used in the production are considered. The result of the review of the current level of control in the microelectronic industry described above parameters is the formulation of problems – the lack of a systematic approach in the formulation of technical specifications, the development of all stages of the project and the construction or reconstruction of the microelectronic industry in the key management parameters of the microclimate shop, electrostatic parameters and characteristics of industrial water and gas.

ENERGO-INFORMATION OPTIMIZATION AND SYNTHESIS OF COMPLEX OF PARALLELED INSTRUMENTS FOR MEASURING NON-STATIONARY PARAMETRIC REMOTE SENSING SIGNALS

Actuality of this research is conditioned by increasing requirement to retrieve useful information about various unique objects located at remote distances. The utmost importance of such information make it necessary to mobilize resources of all existing technical instruments of remote action and organization of parallel or synchronous operation of them. At the same time it should be taken into account that remote objects are frequently non-stationary ones i.e. parameters of them are changing on time. In view of above said the article is devoted to suggested method of energy-information optimization and synthesis of complexes of paralleled instruments designated for remote sensing of signals of parametrically non-stationary objects. The classification of optimized complexes of parallel structure designated for measurements of non-stationary signals of remote sensing is suggested. Expediency of utilization of energy-information criterion for synthesis of optimum models of complexes featured by parallel structure used for measuring of non-stationary remote sensing signals is noted. As a result of carried out optimization of chosen energy-information model of complex an optimum functional dependence between major regimes functional characteristics are derived.

MODELING AND ESTIMATION OF EFFICIENCY OF THE
UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS
OF OBJECTS OF THE INTERNAL AFFAIRS

Currently, the problem of power outages in the power supply systems of objects of the internal Affairs bodies remains relevant. The article analyzes the statistics of emergency shutdowns of electrical equipment caused by accidents or unplanned shutdowns of power grid facilities. The classification of categories of consumers whose interruption of power supply may entail a danger to people’s lives, a threat to the security of the state, significant material damage, disruption of complex technological process, disruption of the functioning of particularly important elements of public utilities, communication and television facilities. For ensuring appropriate level of reliability of power supply of the most important consumers, the block diagram of uninterrupted power supply of technical means of objects of law-enforcement bodies, on the basis of the combined use of sources of uninterrupted power supply and the device of multistage automatic input of a reserve, allowing to provide the constant mode of power supply of the most responsible receivers of electric energy is developed. Modeling and calculation of the integrated indicator of the effectiveness of the system of uninterrupted power supply of technical means of the objects of the police Department. Assess the effectiveness of the systems of uninterruptible power supply ATS a structural-parametric model that allows to quantify the efficiency of the uninterrupted power supply of objects of the internal Affairs bodies. The General logic-probabilistic method and the technology of automated structural-logical modeling are used for the computational experiment.

MATHEMATICAL MODEL TO ASSESS THE INFLUENCE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS ON THE EMERGENCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF OCCUPATIONAL DISEASES IN THE ELECTRICITY SECTOR

The aim of the study is to develop mathematical models for assessing the impact of electromagnetic fields of different modality and intensity on the human body providing a solution to the problems of assessing the health of people employed in the electric power industry with acceptable accuracy for medical practice.The technology of soft computing and, in particular, is chosen as the basic mathematical apparatus, the methodology of synthesis of hybrid fuzzy decision models developed in the South-West state University has proven itself in the synthesis of mathematical models of forecasting, early and differential diagnosis of diseases with a similar structure of the studied classes of States. As an example, a mathematical model for predicting the appearance and development of immune system diseases in employees of electric power enterprises of the Kursk region is described. Fuzzy mathematical models use membership functions with basic variables that take into account the intensity of the electromagnetic field of industrial frequency, work experience in the power industry and individual risk factors that provoke the appearance and development of diseases of the nervous system. In the course of mathematical modeling and expert evaluation it was shown that the use of the chosen methodology of synthesis of hybrid fuzzy mathematical models allowed to obtain a mathematical model of forecasting and development of diseases of the immune system in employees of the electric power complex with confidence exceeding 0.9.

INFORMATION TRAINING SYSTEM FOR DISTANCE LEARNING THE METHODOLOGY FOR CARRYING OUT A MICRONUCLEAR TEST IN A HUMAN BUCKLE EPITELIUM

Informational training system contains visual, generalized, structured material on micronuclear analysis of human buccal epithelium cells: the history of the development of method, methodology, description of objects of analysis, photos of nuclear anomalies, list of factors affecting the genetic apparatus, materials for interactive assessment of learning outcomes. The informational training system allows to the researcher to quickly and visually get acquainted with the methodology of the micronucleus test, learn how to analyze microscopic preparations, find and correctly determine the anomalies of the nucleus of epithelial cells, carry out statistical processing of the results obtained and at the end of mastering the technique to evaluate the skills obtained through interactive testing. This information system summarizes the results of Russian and international studies on the assessment of the genetic homeostasis of the human organism using micronucleus test in the buccal epithelium, thereby contributing to the development of a standardized methodology and unifying approaches to describing the results of experiments to avoid incorrect interpretation of the data. The information system presents training video demonstrating the collection of material, preparation of micropreparations, basic equipment and reagents used in the performance of micronuclear analysis. The information system promotes the introduction of the micronucleus test in the human buccal epithelium as a routine procedure in clinical practice, monitoring of the environment, assessment of occupational risks, and allows for the development of measures to assess human genetic safety.

METHOD OF ANALYSIS OF INNOVATIVE TRENDS BASED ON PATENT CORPUS

This paper presents a method for analyzing innovation trends through the detection and analysis of patent activity, the identification of new technological capabilities, key modern technologies and inventions. As part of this study, it is proposed to use a method based on structures extracted from the SAO patent corpus. A five-step method has been developed for identifying SAO structures, expanding them, clustering, and also building flow sheets. This approach can be applied to the analysis of technological trends (trend mapping). This map visualizes the development of subclasses of patents identified through cluster analysis and technology over time. In addition to identifying technological capabilities, the described approach can be applied to construct maps to study the trends of competitors. Unlike a trend map developed using all applicants’ patents, this competitor card limits its attention to a single organization. A map for each company visualizes the focus of technology development in the company, allowing for a comparative analysis between companies. Based on this map, the company can identify competitors with additional technologies and understand the technological advantages and disadvantages of the target area.

SYNTHESIS METHOD FOR THE FUNCTIONAL STRUCTURE OF NEW TECHNICAL DECISIONS BASED ON PATENT MASSIFT DATA

The authors of the paper present a developed method for synthesizing the functional structure of new technical systems based on the use of a morphological matrix formed as a result of semantic processing of patent corpus. One of the goals of the synthesis of new technical solutions is to improve the characteristics of individual components of a technical object (TO). For this, it is necessary to detail the TO constructive functional structure, i.e. define the TO components and the functions of the TO components. On the basis of the extracted SAO from the claims, the relationships between the technical object and its components are determined. The extracted attribute SAOs are used to define the functions of a technical object. Based on the morphological matrix, we configure new technical solutions and rank them using the method of conjoint analysis (CA). The CA’s criterion is calculated based on the number of patents from which the selected technical function was extracted. Another task of the synthesis of new technical solutions is the realization of technical function. In this method, we use the information from the developed matrix linking physical effects (PE) and the technical functions (TF) performed by them. The required TF can be implemented directly by the PE, otherwise the task for the synthesis of the physical operating principle (POP) is formed. Among the POP structures constructed, an optimal one is selected based on the criterion estimates of all the PE included in it. Based on the optimal POP, the flow functional structure of the synthesized technical system is formed.
