APPLICATION OF THE BAYESOV CLASSIFIER FOR THE DEFINITION OF THE THEMATICS OF THE TEXT

The relevance of the study is conditioned by the need of modern society in the automatic classification of data. In this paper, we consider a Bayesian algorithm for the case of determining the subject matter of a text. The purpose of the work is to develop, identify and solve problems arising during the implementation and work of the classifier, as well as to evaluate its effectiveness. Identified problems of arithmetic overflow and the appearance of zero probability as a result. Their solution is proposed by means of Laplace smoothing and the properties of logarithms. Approaches to optimizing and increasing the speed of the program module are also presented. As a result, a Bayesian classifier was implemented. His study was conducted on the basis of sets of articles of 10 different subjects. Based on the results of analytical and test verification. The materials of the article are of practical value for those who are going to apply the algorithm considered or to them in their research.

MODELING OF THE RADIO-DYNAMIC SYSTEM IN MULTI-SERVICE COMMUNICATION NETWORKS

Telecommunications services are now widely used throughout the world. These services in the aggregate of individual multi-service networks. The problem of using telecommunications services is that it is not at all remote sites. And with this you can translate channels and communication lines. The purpose of the study is to create a radio access model to the resources of a multiservice communication network at the channel level. As a multiservice network, which provides such telecommunications services as: videoconferencing, IP telephony and data transmission. The network under investigation is built on the basis of the “Ethernet” technology, and a radio link using access, organized using one of the modern technologies of broadband wireless access. The received data presented on the site are presented in the following edition: In the MatLab software environment, the proposed radio access algorithm to the resources of the multiservice network at the second level of the reference model of the interaction of open systems (the channel level) is implemented. During the simulation, data were received on the load of the channel and on the number of delivered packets, which were displayed in the form of graphs. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that this model serves as an illustrative example of radio access research, showing that the result of the work, both successful and information packets are transferred between sources. The proposed model is of practical value, it is aimed at studying the influence of stochastic and deterministic processes that arise as third-party factors in the transmission of data over a radio channel, and also such a system, provided the radio access system.

METHOD OF CORRECTION OF DOSAGE OF THE PREPARATION AT INFUSION THERAPY

The article is devoted to the development of a laboratory model of the hardware-software complex, which is designed to record droplets in a drop-forming flask through the arising vibrations from each drop. The developed hardware and software complex will ensure the proper safety of the patient during the infusion therapy, notifying medical workers about the violation of the established treatment regimen. The hardware and software complex consist of a vibration sensor on the SW-420 sensor, a signal processing unit and an audio warning system. In the future, it is planned to increase the sensitivity of the sensor, thereby increasing the level of patient safety. Such optical sensors detect obstacles due to illumination and reflection, respectively. The aim of the work was the development of a device for controlling the volume of infusion of drugs using volumetric infusion pumps to ensure the safety of infusion therapy. In the course of the work, the applicability of the device under development in the conditions of resuscitation chambers and intensive care chambers was determined. The work includes the development of technical requirements, the development of a biotechnical system scheme, the presentation of the structural diagram, the calculation of the applicability of the design, the selection of an appropriate component base, and the prototype implementation of the device for bench testing. For the tests, an algorithm was developed that filtered the received data and, after processing the data, transmitting the control signal. The developed laboratory model of the hardware and software complex will provide a high level of patient safety with infusion therapy, remotely notifying the medical staff about the violation of the established infusion regimen. Studies have established that this system is easy to use, so the doctor can solve the problem on his own and bring the system to its original working state. In the future, it is planned to increase the sensitivity of the droplet detection sensor and thereby increase the safety level of patients undergoing infusion therapy at high infusion rates.

THE SOLUTION OF THE PURPOSE OF RECOGNITION OF PERSONS WITH THE USE OF MACHINE TRAINING ALGORITHMS

The purpose of this article is to generalize the solutions of experience and implement a neural network for face recognition. The neural network is based on special algorithms of machine learning. As an input, the algorithm receives an image with the face of one person or persons of several people, after which all persons in this image are searched using gradient histograms, the result is a fragment of the image where the basic structures of the face or persons are clearly seen. In order to determine the unique features of the face, it is necessary to take into account the difference in the angle of the face and the degree of its illumination, for this purpose, on selected fragments of the application of estimation algorithms to search for 68 points that exist on each face, it is possible to center the eyes and mouth as best as possible for more exact encoding. Encoding an image involves building an accurate “face map” consisting of 128 dimensions. Based on the search results, the convolutional neural network, using the SVM linear classifier algorithm, can determine the correspondence between different photos.

DEVELOPMENT OF INTEGRATED MEANS OF REPRESENTATION OF KNOWLEDGE IN THE INTELLECTUAL SYSTEM OF SUPPORT OF THE SOFTWARE LIFE CYCLE

The article proves the relevance of automation of the task of selecting tools in the process of managing the life cycle of a software product. The peculiarities of this problem are singled out, which allow attributing it to the problems of artificial intelligence. The use of the ontological approach in the construction of the knowledge representation model for solving this problem in an intelligent information system is substantiated. Functional modeling of the process of selecting software development tools was carried out, and the main functions of the intellectual system implementing this process were identified. The analysis of the requirements for the construction and implementation of an intellectual system for selecting software development tools was carried out. A system architecture is proposed that includes a knowledge base, an application server, and a user application. An ontological model of knowledge base of an intellectual system is developed, consisting of many classes of domain and their instances, set of relations and axioms of ontology. The object model of the system and its subsystems is constructed. The format of knowledge representation with which the smart system application server works is described. Integrated means of representation of knowledge in the intellectual system of selection of tools for software product development have been developed. The developed intellectual system allows to provide reduction of material and time expenses for search of the coordinated decision on a choice of tools of development of a software product.

IMITATION EXPERIMENT ON STRUCTURAL AND PARAMETRIC IDENTIFICATION OF MODELS OF INTEGRATED ASSESSMENT OF MONITORING-RATING INFORMATION ON HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ACTIVITIES

The article deals with the problem of integrated evaluation of monitoring and rating information on higher educational institutions activities, focused on possibilities of intellectual support for managerial decision making. The formalized presentation of monitoring and rating data is considered and the necessity of generation of a two-level model of integral assessment is introduced. The most efficient variants of the structural and parametric representation of the models of indices folding and the initial information normalization are provided. The possibility of carrying out an imitation experiment on the structural and parametric identification of models is substantiated. For the adaptive choice of structure and parameters, an optimization criterion in the form of a Hamming distance with the use of randomized search schemes is introduced. The conclusion about the effectiveness of combination of formalized and expert procedures for selection of perspective models of integral assessment on the basis of simulation experiments is effectuated.

METHODS OF OPTIMIZING ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL SYSTEMS USING TECHNOLOGIES OF MODELING BUSINESS PROCESSES

This article describes several methodologies and tools that help to simulate business processes in an enterprise in order to make timely management decisions and optimize economic and social systems. The necessity of using various methods of modeling, reorganizing and automating business processes as a means of increasing the efficiency of solving management and decision-making problems in social and economic systems is indicated. It is noted that today the modeling of business processes of the organization is a traditional activity of business analysts of Russian enterprises, which can be a necessary tool for making correct management decisions. It is indicated that there are many different principles of notation. The article also noted that not all notations are equally applicable to the solution of various problems. The eEPC notation used to model business processes in the form of a sequence of events and functions is discussed in more detail, here are its advantages and disadvantages. It is indicated that the tool using the eEPC notation for process modeling is the ArisExpress platform, intended for integrated management of business processes. The article considers two key concepts of the specified modeling environment – these are the concepts of Event and Activity. It is noted that the event always causes the necessity of execution of a concrete action, and the execution of this action always ends with the onset of an event. It is also indicated that in order for the diagram to be more complete and clear, the notation provides for several more standard elements, such as: Role», «Document», «IT system». As a conclusion, it is noted that when constructing these models, it is very simple to make mistakes without knowing the rules by which they are compiled. Such errors lead in the subsequent to the discrepancy of the logic of the process, and as a result – the adoption of incorrect or untimely management decisions.

FORMATION THE SET OF THE SOFTWARE COMPONENTS FOR DUTIES IMPLEMENTATION FOR DISPATCHER OF EMERGENCY DISPATCH SERVICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES

The article considers one of directions for improving the functionality of information systems used for managing of housing and communal services. This direction is the automation of the emergency dispatch service to improve the quality of customer service (including tenants of apartment buildings). Object-oriented methodology was used to solve the problem. Typical functional possibilities of software modules currently used in the housing and communal services for the automation of emergency dispatch service are analyzed. It is noted that the work with the program modules considered provides for the presence of a dispatcher (employee of the organization for management of housing and communal services). The article contains a use case diagram (UML) for the program module «Emergency Dispatch Service». The labor functions that the dispatcher of the emergency dispatch service should perform in accordance with the domestic professional standard «Dispatcher of emergency dispatch service» are analyzed. Based on the analysis of labor functions, a diagram of usage options was constructed for the program module «Dispatcher of emergency dispatch service», whose functions should be similar to the functions of the dispatcher (employee of the organization for managing housing and communal services). As a result of the analysis of use case diagrams, a UML component diagram is constructed. The set of components in the diagram corresponds to the set of labor functions of dispatcher that must be performed in its activity. The developed component diagram also shows the interrelations between the components and the interfaces through which the components interact inside the program module «Dispatcher of emergency dispatch service», between the components and the program module of the emergency dispatch service, and between components and the organization’s information system for management of housing and communal services. The result of the analysis of diagrams is the formalization of the interaction of components with other components and program modules.

MODELING THE DISTRIBUTION OF NANOPARTICLES IN A DISPERSED LIQUID TO ENHANCE THE EFFECT OF PHYSIOTHERAPY

The article gives an investigation of the behavior of nanoscale components under the influence of an electric current. The use of nanoscale systems is a promising direction in medicine, it allows to conduct targeted delivery of medicinal substance, prevents its destruction along the way to the affected area and helps to provide prolonged action. The work analyzes the motion of particles in an electric current when they are delivered to the affected area. The value of electrokinetic potential and electrophoretic mobility are considered. An analysis of the distribution of nanoparticles in a dispersed liquid under the action of an electric field was made, a vector plot and a gradient field of nanoparticle distribution in a liquid under electric shock, as well as modeling of the vector dipole moment function in electrophoresis with spherical nanoparticles were constructed. And also in the article the modeling of the processes arising during the procedure of physiotherapy is carried out, it is established that the nanoparticles are arranged in an orderly manner in accordance with the lines of the electric field strength vectors during electrophoresis. electrophoretic mobility and activity are considered when using therapeutic nanoparticles in electrolyte solution. It is revealed that the electrophoretic speed of the particles considered decreases in comparison with the speed of movement of sufficiently large particles, but is compensated by an increase in the velocity of fluid motion.

THE MULTIPLE CHOICE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF DEVELOPING SYSTEMS

In this paper we consider the problem of developing control related systems (CRS). They affect the way in which development is carried out adjacent to high technology systems. The article focused on the creation of algorithmic procedures, allowing for the management of CRS. The choice of a promising option in the optimization problem comes from the fact that ITT system is a progressive system in the structure of CRS. In procedure identified and described three modules. The block diagram of the algorithmic procedure of control selection boundary conditions for the development of a singly linked system and a block diagram of the algorithmic procedures for the management of reallocation of the financial resource of the base system. Procedure multialternative choice has the character of formalizing expert knowledge in the form of grades compatible promising directions of development of promotion system and can achieve effective interaction of all components connected developing system. The choice of option a valid boundary conditions for the development of information and telecommunication technologies (ITT) in the region is carried out by experts on the basis of a comparison of dominant strategies. Analyzed the sample statistics over a certain period of development component of the ITT in the period that gave opportunity to confirm the performance optimization.
