SIMULINK-MODELING OF EXPRESS LOANS PROCESSES

This work continues research of authors on modeling of processes of express loans and their optimization. Express loan is a consumer loan for the purchase of goods directly at the point of sale, without visiting the bank. The processes of issuing such loans are studied to obtain an assessment of various options for the development strategy of the credit department management system of one of the largest Russian banks. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were formulated and solved, namely: the analysis of the consumer lending market was conducted; a procedure was performed to verify that a sample of random variables belongs to one of the distribution functions and the corresponding numerical characteristics of the obtained distribution; a comprehensive assessment of the functioning of the bank’s branch for the issuance of express loans in the current and forecast period was received. Considering the branch of the bank as a queuing system, an imitation model was created, the input stream of applications of which has an exponential distribution, and the customer service time is subject to the normal distribution law. For the computer implementation of the simulation model, the interactive Simulink environment integrated into the MatLab application package was used. The results of the simulation experiment are given and the analysis of the number of potential borrowers and the total amount of loans given to them is made.

INVESTIGATION OF THE USE OF A SOUND CARD FOR REGISTERING LOW-FREQUENCY PULSE SIGNALS

The article is devoted to the problem of creating accessible information and measurement systems for carrying out experimental research work, with flexible software and hardware reorganization of the algorithm for recording analog signals and processing measurement results. Using the capabilities of converting analog signals to a PC’s sound card for these purposes greatly simplifies the structure of such a system. However, the field of its application for recording pulsed signals has not been studied sufficiently. Simulation of the process of transformation and digitization of rectangular pulses by the audio channel of a personal computer showed significant distortions in their form. The analysis of methods for averaging fluctuations for reconstructing the amplitude of registered impulse signals is analyzed. It was found that averaging over a period of half the peak value of the distorted pulses practically eliminates the systematic error of the preliminary processing. t is also revealed that the final value of the ADC sampling frequency leads to an averaging error, which, when using modern sound cards, does not exceed 5% when recording impulse signals in the frequency range up to 5-7 kHz. The amplitude and frequency characteristics of such a registration channel are investigated. Analysis of the research results showed that the audio channel of a personal computer can be used in information and measurement systems for recording pulse signals with amplitude up to 0.5 V.

USE OF MODERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A
COMPLEX ELECTRODE INSTRUMENT

The relevance of the study is due to the need to simplify the technology of manufacturing an electrode tool for electrical processing methods. In this regard, this article is aimed at revealing the possibilities of using modern computer-aided design tools and rapid prototyping technologies. In this regard, as an approach to the study of this problem is the development of an algorithm for the implementation of a composite electrode tool based on additive technologies that allows to consider the possibility of using modern technologies in order to reduce the cost and simplify the technology of manufacturing a combined electrode tool for single and small-scale production. The article presents a technique for designing and manufacturing a combined electrode tool based on the capabilities of modern CAD systems and programming languages embedded in them as a tool for monitoring parametric parameters of machine-building production using the example of designing and manufacturing an electrode tool for electrical processing methods, the regularities of the parameterization of the electrode-tool with the help of modern CAD systems are revealed and the technology of its manufacturing with the use of additive technologies is described .The materials of the article are of practical value for the enterprises of the machine-building complex in connection with the simplification of the process of manufacturing the electrode-tool for electrical processing methods and its reduction in cost.

THE OPTIMIZATION OF CIS SUBSYSTEMS EVOLVING PROCESSES, BASED ON MULTIVARIANT INTEGRATION

In the article the questions of optimization of developments of subsystems of corporate information systems are considered. Modern information systems, include developed software, are used to represent difficult, multicomponent systems with dynamically changing structure that significantly complicates a problem of creation of rational architecture of corporate IS. Modern standards of creation of architecture don’t allow to achieve the necessary targets because of the excessive abstractness, or tendentiousness. Authors offer the technique of design of rational architecture of corporate IS considering three main levels of components of architecture (business processes, hardware, software), features of their interaction and also ways to use the device of multiple integration for the solution of the tasks arising in the course of creation of corporative IS. In the course of development of rational option of architecture, the lifecycle spiral model assuming incremental development of architecture with periodic verification of the received results is widely used. For calculation of a matrix of preference of sharing of components of architecture in view of impracticality of use of statistics, it is offered to use sets of the metric indicators defining structural, process and user features of components of various levels. The offered approach allows to increase significantly efficiency of creation of corporate IS due to design of rational architecture.

THE GENERALIZED DECISION-MAKING ALGORITHM ON THE BASIS OF EXPERT INTERACTION IN THE COURSE OF CREATION OF CORPORATE INFORMATION SYSTEMS

In article questions of intellectualization of process of creation of corporate information systems for the purpose of improvement of quality of the made decisions and the general rationalization of process are considered. Modern program complexes as a part of information systems represent difficult, high-organized systems which process of construction is connected with decision-making in the conditions of uncertainty. One of methods of increase in efficiency of decision-making, proceeding from specifics of process of development of components of corporate information systems, is use of collective expert experience. The offered generalized algorithm of decision-making is developed for use within a paradigm of SOA allowing to carry out decomposition of system in the course of her design. This approach allows to increase resistance of decisions to mistakes and to provide possibilities of correction of earlier made unsuccessful decisions. In addition, the algorithm allows to develop for use further the rational strategy of development for a corporate service ecosystem. Approach allows to provide rationality of decision-making in the conditions of uncertainty and variability of the user requirements, evolution of means and approaches in the field of automation of business processes and also to find one of rational ways of integration of separate components into a corporate information system. Use of the generalized decision-making algorithm on the basis of expert interaction with use of additional sets of criteria allows to improve quality of the made decisions, to increase extent of study of unevident decisions, to increase the speed of reaction and overall effectiveness of process of creation of corporate IS.

MULTI-PURPOSE MODELS AND METHODS IN THE DECISION-MAKING OF THE SELECTION OF VEHICLES

The paper discusses the solution of the problem of selection and allocation of vehicles as a multi-purpose tasks. The approaches are proposed to multi-purpose optimization of transport tasks, as well as methods for overcoming problems of multi-alternativeness of the solutions being generated. The general mathematical model is formed of choice and its decomposition into static and dynamic optimization models – choice and allocation of vehicles for the synthesized systems and their interactions. The conditions are formed of existence of coherent solutions. It is shown that the efficiency of the applied method to the solution of the problem depends on the subjective qualities of decision-makers who are searching.

MODEL AND ALGORITHM THAT OPTIMIZE THE CHOICE OF A TRAINING AREA AT A MULTI-PURPOSE TRAINING

The article deals with the problem of how to optimize the distribution of students according to the areas of training in the groups of multi-purpose training. Training and retraining of professionals in fact presupposes facilitating the optimal individual educational trajectory for each specialist. There is a need to form groups of multi-purpose training since, on the one hand, certain training areas are unique and there is a lack of the pertinent categories of students, and on the other hand, related areas require similar training trajectories. It will contribute to saving resources of an educational institution and sometimes can increase the training efficacy. The training trajectories in such groups can overlap, which makes it possible to dynamically redirect students to subgroups that master different competences. When organizing a multi-purpose training the primary task is to choose the training area for each specialist, and the corresponding mathematical apparatus to optimize this task has not been studied sufficiently. This research carries out a mathematical approach to this problem. The article defines two stages of its solution: 1) assessing the perspectives of students to form competencies in accordance with the training areas; 2) finding an optimal way to distribute the trainees in the areas of training. The paper suggests an algorithm for solving the problem.

ARCHITECTURE OF INTELLIGENT SYSTEM OF ORGANIZATION OF ARCTIC MARITIME CARGO TRANSPORTATION

The analysis of the software intended for management of sea freight transportation processes is has been carried out. A number of shortcomings have been identified in the existing software used to organize work in specific navigation areas, such as the Northern Sea Route: lack of decision support systems, lack of analysis to calculate time and cost of cargo delivery. The architecture of an intelligent system for the organization of sea freight traffic has been developed, taking into account the difficult conditions of navigation in the Arctic. The architectures of two modules have been developed: calculation of the cost sea cargo transportation; calculation and analysis of a safe and faster route depending on the month (time of year). The process of simulation modeling is based on the methods of artificial intelligence – the neural network, expert systems, the mathematical tool of fuzzy logic. The architecture of the intellectual system of organization of sea freight traffic with a successful implementation will allow: to provide the senior management of the shipping company with a predictable analytics; to support decision-making; to monitor the process of cargo transportation in real time; to carry out schemes for calculating the effective use of icebreakers; to calculate the best possible way of delivery; to provide on-demand online forecast for transportation at a certain point in time, minimize the cost of shipping, delay in transit, risks to cargo safety.

VULNERABILITY CLASSIFICATION OF CLOUD TOOLS IN THE PROBLEM OF QUANTITATIVE RISK ASSESSMENT

Almost all technologies that are now part of the cloud paradigm existed before, but so far there have been no offers on the market that would combine the promising technologies in a single commercially attractive solution. Only in the past decade publicly available cloud services emerged, which made these technologies, on the one hand, available to the developer, and on the other hand, understandable for the business community. But many of the features that make cloud computing attractive can conflict with traditional information security models. Based on a common vulnerability assessment system, which allows to determine the qualitative index of susceptibility to vulnerabilities of information systems taking into account environmental factors, a methodology for risk assessment for different types of deployment of cloud environments was proposed. Based on the widely used Common Vulnerability Accounting System, which helps to determine the qualitative indicator of susceptibility to information system vulnerabilities, the article proposes a classification of vulnerabilities typical for different types of cloud deployment.

TWO-STAGE PROCEDURE OF QUANTITATIVE ASSESSMENT OF INFORMATION SECURITY RISK OF CLOUD COMPUTING

When organizations use cloud services, special attention to ensuring the security of their computing resources and information assets should be paid. It is one of the most important factors in making decisions on outsourcing services. Adopting a new model of providing IT services using cloud technologies and managing information risks is impossible without understanding the possible types of threats that organizations may face. The authors propose a methodology for assessing information security risks that allows analyzing the cloud services security under the impact of the threat classes under consideration, as well as a set of effective measures and means to counteract these threats. The proposed method for assessing risks for different types of deployment of cloud environments is aimed at identifying the countermeasures to possible attacks and correlating the amount of damage with the total cost of ownership of the entire infrastructure of information resources of the organization.
