OPTIMIZATION OF COMPLEX IMMUNE PHARMACOTHERAPY OF INFLAMMATORY ERYSIPELATOUS SKIN DISEASES

The article presents data on the optimization of complex immune pharmacotherapy of inflammatory erysipelatous skin disease. Presents a detailed analysis of erysipelas of infectious disease based on the pathogenesis, classification, criteria of severity and clinical manifestations. Description of the immune status was based on the dominant role of the microbial factor in the etiology of erysipelatous skin disease. The correction of immune changes have been investigated by pharmacological and non-pharmacological immunotherapy, in particular using high performance low-intensity laser therapy in the treatment of local inflammatory syndrome, classic plasmapheresis, ozone therapy, serum and other medicines.

The article presents the results of studies to assess the types of changes of clinical and laboratory and immunological status of patients and their possible correction directed by the combined immuno-metabolic therapy in patients suffering from acute exacerbation of chronic pyelonephritis, complicated urinary stone disease at the age of 18-60 years, with a duration of the disease at least one year, with constant relapses.

THE MULTIALTERNATIVE OPTIMIZATION IN THE FORMATION OF EDUCATIONAL
RESOURCES FOCUSED ON A MODEL OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

The principle of the multialternative choice models of professional activity of personnel training in the field of air transport is considered. The analysis of professional activity through the following categories: activities, job function, competence of the specialist in the field of air operations and the corresponding model of professional activity is carried out. Introduced variables characterizing multialternative choice of models and was given a mathematical formulation of the optimization problem. Considering a linear model of discrete optimization (the problem of minimum coverage), obtain the reduced set of models for a particular activity. The principle of optimal transformation models of professional activity in the components of educational programs. It is based on optimization models that transform the multiple models of professional activity with many components of educational programs. As optimization criterion was adopted the requirement for use in the educational program of the most important models.

CORRECTING CAPABILITIES OF SOME CODES

In this paper we consider the problem of coding the data that can be stored on data carriers or transmitted over communication systems. The structure of communication systems, a description of the main constituent components. The classification of error-correcting codes. This description of a software product, which demonstrates how error-correcting codes. The results of research abilities-correcting codes, Hamming, Bose-Roy-Chowdhury-Hoquinghem and reed-Muller for the text file and for a file with the video format. Found that based on the Hamming code can be good to correct single errors, but it does not work for multiple. On the basis of the reed-müller code, also corrected various errors, but it is distorted less bits than code Bose-Roy-Chowdhury-Hoquinghem.

THE PROBLEMS OF CONSTRUCTING AN AUTOMATED TRAINING SYSTEM

The paper considers the main principles of construction of automated training systems on the basis of which improved the process of searching and processing of educational information. An illustration of the classification structure automated training system is given. It is shown how information enters the learning system. The comparative analysis of interactive and video courses is carried out. A software product that allows you to create e-learning courses is described. Almost all of them relates to the creation of video, audio, or interactive programming elements. The proposal on the main characteristics of innovative learning software product is given.

THE PRACTICE OF USE OF +WoundDesk MOBILE APPLICATION FOR EVALUATION OF EXPERIMENTAL WOUND REPAIR DYNAMICS

A mathematical model of the dynamics of liver mass after its partial anatomical resection in a volume of 67% of the initial mass in a rat experiment using the method of G. Higgins and R. Anderson was proposed, constructed through an approximation to the square root equation by the least squares method. The accuracy of the model is confirmed by low mean approximation errors: 14.6% and 9.6% for simple resection and for resection with intraoperative microtraumatic application to the liver parenchyma, respectively. The proposed model has potential applications as a standard for evaluating liver regeneration after resections in the clinic. A universal evaluation criterion of the intensity of the regenerative process is proposed – the regeneration factor./i>

DISCRETE EQUIVALENT TO IDEAL VECTOR CONTROL OF THE CONTACTLESS ENGINE OF THE DIRECT CURRENT

In work the question of a possibility of technical realization of ideal vector control of the contactless engine of a direct current is considered. Vector management is based on formation of the operating vectors of tension and working vectors of currents. Managing directors of a vector represent the alternating or pulsing basic tension of a vector. The analysis of a discrete vector equivalent to ideal control of the contactless engine of a direct current is carried out. Features of formation of the field of the stator due to use of the alternating and pulsing tension vectors are considered. The assessment of efficiency of the operating properties of vectors of tension is carried out. The control mode increasing power efficiency and reliability of the electric drive is considered.

THE PRACTICE OF USE OF +WoundDesk MOBILE APPLICATION FOR EVALUATION OF EXPERIMENTAL WOUND REPAIR DYNAMICS

The development of high technology dictates the necessity of implementation of modern mobile applications for solving healthcare problems. Planimetric studies of the tissue defect allow to estimate the wound repair dynamics reliably. Mobile applications market does not abound in software for planimetry. In this article the authors provide information on their own experience of the use of the mobile application «+WoundDesk» for evaluation of wound repair dynamics under experimental conditions in comparison to traditional planimetric methods. Using up the mobile application «+WoundDesk» simplifies mathematical calculations of tissue defect parameters, eliminates the necessity of additional measuring instruments and speeds up the data processing.

IDEAL VECTOR CONTROL OF THE CONTACTLESS ENGINE OF THE DIRECT CURRENT

In work the operation processes in the noncontact engine of a direct current are considered, for a case when in a circuit of back coupling sensors of provision of a rotor are used. The analysis of opportunities of creation of ideal vectorial control of the noncontact engine of a direct current is carried out. Requirements to such control are formulated and cases ideal vectorial control in which all three coordinates – a voltage amplitude, the frequency of power voltage, an angle between a field of the stator and a rotor can vary are considered. Theoretical premises of such method of control which will allow to estimate efficiency of the applied methods in comparison with ideal vectorial control are given.
