THE FEATURES OF MODELING OF TRAFFIC FLOWS
The paper deals with the analysis of the peculiarities of modeling of traffic flows. Carry out the separation of models from simulation (simulate) the movement of traffic flows in 4 classes, based on what methods for modeling details. The first is the simplest kinematic model is then given her clarification. THE WAVELET FEATURES AND FRACTAL FEATURES OF RECTANGULAR METAL PLATE
The diffraction structures having different shapes, are part of modern antennas and antenna systems, as well as technical objects characterized by complex shapes. In this work the analysis of the dispersion characteristics of elementary diffraction structures with a rectangular plate. The analysis was performed in the short wavelength region on the basis of approximation of physical optics. The graphs of the two-parameter spectrum, Sorona for the wavelet transform in the plane structure function, given the approximation of a specified function using a linear dependence. Given result can be considered a confirmation of the fact that there are fractal properties of the signal that is reflected from the rectangular plate. The Hurst exponent is determined.

SOME PROCEDURES MODIFICATION OF DATA ANALYSIS
Performed some algorithms consideration of data analysis, that’s shown their base simplicity. Genetic optimization were transformed to two – step version of stochastic search, whose steps are preliminary mixing of primary search results (interpreted as crossing) and secondary stochastic search (interpreted as mutation). Potential function method allowed implementing the simple procedure of clasterization without any additional requirements to input sample. Learning algorithm of perceptron’s classifier was used the preliminary averaging in secondary neurons with any constant subtraction. Additional adaptive coefficients normalizing do it insufficient at maximization used as decisive function. Fuzzy control learning were developed that’s based on control transactions frequencies equalization at equidistant sample of input states.

THE ANALYSIS OF THE COEFFICIENTS OF THE BERG WHEN EXPOSED TO PULSED SIGNAL TO THE NONLINEAR ELEMENT
The paper considers the problem of the impact pulse signal by a nonlinear element (transistor amplifier). Transistor amplifier is a nonlinear element, and the methodology is considered, it can be used for other nonlinear elements used in transmitting and receiving devices. Considered the regime of strong nonlinearity (AB or A). For current-voltage characteristics used piecewise-linear approximation. Identified harmonics of the output current, we have used Fourier series. Derived new formulas for the coefficients of Berg built their graphic according to the specified parameters of the input signal.

THE IMAGE PROCESSING BASED ON FRACTAL APPROACH
This paper deals with the problem related to fractal image processing, the advantages of this treatment. Describes the main steps of unpacking images: it creates the prototype, the scale factor is determined, an affine transformation is happening in the regions. THE STUDY OF THE POSSIBILITIES FOR IMPORT SUBSTITUTION OF SOFTWARE

THE ANALYTICAL MODEL OF THE TRANSMISSION OF THE SYNC FRAME BEACON FRAME IN THE WIRELESS MESH NETWORKING STANDARD IEEE 802.11 S
The paper solves several problems: a study of the principles of wireless cellular networks; the analysis of the characteristics of the implementation of the synchronization in wireless mesh networks IEEE 802.11 s; held to develop the analytical model of the mechanism of transmission of the sync frame Beacon frame to the network full-mesh topology. In the design and implementation of a wireless mesh network IEEE 802.11 s opportunities to correct the transfer settings for synchronization of frames depending on the number of mesh devices in the network and obtain the specified probability of completed delivery of synthroidnow. It is possible to form a wireless mesh network IEEE 802.11 s with the predicted efficiency and expected throughput.

THE FORECASTING PARAMETERS OF A DISTRIBUTED SYSTEM OF PRODUCTION RESOURCES
In this paper we consider the problem of formation of production resources in a distributed system. As a forecasting tool approximated the real values of the parameters of the eight versions of the tests (baseline values) in each series of tests as means of checking the optimality of the choice of method of approximation, the calculated relative forecast errors (for ninth, tenth and eleventh variants of the tests and test values). By type of location parameter values in the coordinate system with the x – numbered versions of the tests made the assumption that for forecasting of change of parameters in the first and the third task can be used linear approximation, while the second task of the hyperbolic approximation. The relative approximation errors at the forecast test values is equal to not more than 7% for the first task, 0% for the second task, and no more than 2% for the third problem.

THE POSSIBILITY OF INCREASING COMPUTATIONAL PERFORMANCE IN MULTIPROCESSOR COMPUTER SYSTEMS DATA PROCESSING
The paper discusses ways of increasing performance of modern computer systems. This can be achieved through the use of a multiprocessor architecture, as well as due to the involvement of heterogeneous platforms on the basis of specialized computational modules. Due to the fact that there is a finite speed in the transmission of information among the elements of computing machines, we can come to limit productivity in calculations. There are two basic models of computations, which are used in the existing conditions model computer and the model of collective of calculators. From the point of view of the processor types is possible to divide multiprocessor systems into homogeneous and inhomogeneous, single-level and hierarchical. Classification one-level multiprocessor systems from the point of view of the communication type processor memory data is given. As an advantage of a multiprocessor system with shared data memory, it can be noted that shared memory is used only in order to implement interprocessor exchange is shown.

THE ALGORITHMS THAT FORM THE IMAGE ON THE BISTATIC SYNTHETIC APERTURE RADAR, WHICH ARE PARASITIC ON THE TELEVISION SIGNAL
In the paper the analysis of the algorithm of forming radar images. Reviewed approximate and exact solutions of integral equations using iterative and collocation method. Marked features of the method of Fredholm determinants. Also the algorithm of receiving radar data in the framework of adaptive filtering. Considered a Fredholm equation of the second kind and the algorithm for obtaining the radar information by a method of adaptive filtering are derived a convenient formula for calculating the signal reflected from the surface. Considered the Fourier transform and equality Parseval and ambiguity function of the bistatic synthetic aperture radar. Launched a sounding signal using a sequence of pulses with a certain repetition period. It was also found that it is possible to filter data by adaptive equalization of amplitude-frequency characteristics, in order to compensate for features of uncertainty of television signals.
