THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE ALGORITHM OF RECOGNITION OF HANDWRITTEN TEXTS ON THE BASIS OF THE VALUATION IMAGE

One of the most popular approaches for handwriting recognition is the representation of entire words in sequences of symbols of the Markov chain. The set extracted from the images of the symbols is analyzed for compliance with a pre-prepared word patterns (model templates). The word whose model has the highest probability of formation of the analyzed sequences recognized the target. The variability of cursive writing words leads to the need of the analysis extracted from the image sequence of characters with models generated for words consisting of different numbers of digits. In the case where the analyzed word different from the word used for the model-only template, model template longer words earns you a mathematical advantage over the model of the shorter words, leading to recognition errors. The paper proposes to reduce recognition errors, the normalization of the image.

MODELING OF ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE SCATTERING BASED ON THE COMBINED METHOD IN URBAN AREAS

The paper discusses a combined model of electromagnetic wave diffraction by buildings in urban areas, is based on the uniform theory of diffraction. It is known that there are problems when using the uniform theory of diffraction for areas in which there is a large number of wedges. In the present work is the consideration of the members of the high-order diffracted field, giving opportunities for more accurate results, that is, using a combined model with physical optics and uniform theory of diffraction. Such models may find applications in the development of theoretical models to predict more accurate way signal loss in urban environments when considering the propagation in several buildings.

MODELING OF ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVES PROPAGATION IN THE COMMUNICATION CHANNEL WITH ATTENUATION

In this paper, the problems associated with the propagation of radio signals in wireless communication systems for rural and urban routes. The main causes of losses. The basic drawbacks of the approaches proposed Okamurai and Hut. It is proposed to use model plane-environment to understand the implications of land cover on the track. Expressions are given for the coefficients of reflection and transmission. Used born of scattering of electromagnetic waves on the element of vegetation, the calculation of the scattered field was based on the method of moments solution of integral equations. A comparison of the wave amplitudes obtained on the basis of 2 methods – Rayleigh scattering and the method of moments.

LENDING FOR COROPORATE BODY BUSINESS-PROCESS MODEL IN BPMN NOTATION
One of the main sources of income of banking organizations are lending operations for corporate body. Business-process model expressed in BPMN 2.0 notation and designed in the modeling environment Bizagi Modeler. The purpose of model is to further analysis and upgrade to reduce execution time and amount of resources, identify of adequate ways to increase income. It is based on the algorithm of lending for corporate body, which can be optimized for any banking organization, depending on its resources and goals in relation to this issue. The model elements can be changed according to the value of corporate body and its ability to use scripts with different inputs to find the optimal solution.

ASSESSMENT OF TECHNICAL OBJECTS STATE ON THE BASIS OF MODELING OF MATERIAL STRENGTH INHOMOGENEITY

Real object is always inhomogeneous, homogeneity – it is assumption which simplifies object presentation and solution of different tasks tied in with it. It is necessary to consider inhomogeneity if you need to specify some task because it is move to the next more complex level of examination. At this rate it is need to formulate inhomogeneity criterion, investigate destruction process and bring forth interpretation of the phenomenon of reproduction impossibility of acoustic emission (AE) activity by repeated loading of testing object (Kaiser Effect). The article includes modelling example of strength inhomogeneity and analyzes information value of Kaiser Effect with regard to danger state degree of object state from the standpoint of micromechanical model of time curves of acoustic emission characteristics logging by loading of constructional materials and technical objects

THE PREDICTION OF HEALTH OF CANCER PATIENTS ON INDIVIDUAL MEDICAL SOCIAL RISK FACTORS
A medical and social research of health and social characteristics of cancer patients who were enrolled 1977 individuals living in Voronezh Region, and are registered in this class of diseases are carried out. Based on core relational analysis the relationship of the analyzed individual medical and social characteristics of the state of health of patients, the number of admissions to hospital and transfer to disability disease are investigated. The leading medical and social risk factors, which are built on the basis of predictive models in the form of the equations of linear and logistic regression are revealed. The results of testing have confirmed the effectiveness of the developed models and their usefulness in practice.

THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF WAREHOUSE FACILITIES

To ensure coordination of service sales, in the first place, you can control the execution of orders and provision of services to clients. Logistics process in the warehouse is key to its profitability. The grouping of performance indicators of warehouse systems is carried out. It is noted that to optimize the timing and methods of execution of warehouse operations used modeling using different methods. Modeling of processes in the warehouse is used to determine routes of trade flows, the choice of standards document, formation of the organizational structure and the functioning of the algorithm.

THE ANALYSIS APPROACHES THAT GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OF MODERN COMPUTER SYSTEMS

The paper discusses issues related to using different approaches to improve the efficiency of computer systems security. The importance of integration of different security technologies together to provide comprehensive protection of information resources of the enterprise is demonstrated. It is shown that firewalls are the main means of controlling access to resources on the corporate network from the outside. The classification of user groups that are subject to recognition in the analysis of network traffic is discussed. The importance of using user credentials stored in the directory service network is shown. The characteristics of the authentication based on certificates are given. The main properties of the means of intrusion detection are stated. The authors refer to the need of the hardware implementation of typical functions used in authentication.
