THE APPLICATION OF OPTIMIZATION METHODS FOR THE DESIGN OF
ABSORBERS OF ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVES
The paper deals with the use of multi-objective optimization particle swarm optimization for designing of planar multilayered electromagnetic absorbers in the determination of Pareto-optimal solution. During optimal solution presents we determined the compromises between the thickness and reflection coefficient of the absorbers. The developed algorithm for synthesis of absorbing material is simple and quite fast.

THE SOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM OF SCATTERING OF ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVES INDOORS ON THE BASIS OF THE INTEGRO-PARABOLIC APPROACH
This paper examines the possibility of using parabolic integral equation for modeling the propagation of electromagnetic waves in space. This method is based on parabolic equation that is able to provide a good approximation of the electromagnetic field and get the results because of the propagation of rays was on the long ways. The test was conducted for computer experiment office space at frequencies of 1.1 GHz and 2.5 GHz. The approximation accuracy was in the expected range, and in this way retains all the advantages of wave methods, and also it has very reasonable requirements to computing resources.

Improved management of the distribution of medicines in health facilities is an urgent and difficult task. The article provides the use of hardware and software automation dispensing of drugs and performance of medical prescriptions. The architecture of a distributed control system issuing drugs described prototype robotic machine for dispensing drugs developed communications protocol between the machine and the database, synthesized medicines consumption prediction algorithm. Use of a distributed control system issuing expedient drugs in medical facilities with medium and large number of patients.

NORMALIZATION OF HANDWRITTEN WORD IMAGES BEFORE RECOGNITION

In the paper we are considering pre-treatment the handwritten words images before being recognition. The difficulty lies in the phase image features of handwritten words , compared with a printed text , as expressed in the presence of the upper and lower graphic elements. An important criterion is the quality of reforms carried out by the absence of additional distortions. We are offering an algorithm for normalization image of the word with image rotation compensation.
