ANALYSIS OF THE ALCOHOLIC PSYCHOSES AND ALCOHOLISM INCIDENCE BASED ON THE RESULTS OF FORECASTING AND CLASSIFICATION MODELING

The authors analyzed the alcoholic psychoses and alcoholism morbidity of the population of the Russian Federation, Central Federal District and Voronezh Region based on results of forecasting and classification modeling. From the time-series analysis the authors revealed major trends in population morbidity by means of exponential smoothing and gave short forecasts. The paper classifies the districts of Voronezh Region with a view to alcoholic psychoses and alcoholism incidence that allows to outline the areas with favorable and unfavorable situation in terms of the current state and its evolution.

THE CHARACTERISTICS OF TWO-DIMENSIONAL PERIODIC COMBS WITH DIELECTRIC WAVEGUIDE

The paper discusses the issues of diffraction of electromagnetic waves on reflective comb with double periodicity is covered by a dielectric layer. The algorithm, which is considered, based on the method of integral equations for the problem of determining the currents on the surface of the comb. The obtained result can be generalized to two-dimensional comb. According to the found current density distribution on the surface of the comb element can be determined of the scattered electromagnetic field.

THE DEVELOPING AND SOFTWARE ANALYSIS EVALUATION ALGORITHM OF THE LEVEL JF SIGNAL OF WI-FI
In the paper the analysis of methods of wireless data transmission is given. It is noted that wireless technologies are not given opportunities to fully ensure the stable operation of the network, without performing exact calculations. The effects are indicated that arise in the normal propagation of electromagnetic waves. Algorithm for estimation of level of Wi-Fi is formed. A software implementation of this algorithm is created.

THE POSSIBILITY OF USING THE METHOD OF INTEGRAL EQUATIONS AS THE BASIC
APPROACH IN CAD SYSTEMS ANTENNAS
The paper discusses the features of the method of integral equations on the basis of which it is expedient to conduct electrodynamic modelling of diffractive structures that are part of antenna-feeder devices. The criteria are specified on which to evaluate the effectiveness of the methods used. The advantages of the method of integral equations for analysis of objects with complex shapes are given. The advantages of using the method of integral equations for the design of magneto-dielectric antennas are considered.

In paper the features of creation of mathematical models for analysis of ecological and hotel systems are considered. The characteristics relevant to the prediction of the ecosystem continues are marked. A HYBRID METHOD FOR CALCULATION OF SCATTERING CHARACTERISTICS OF OBJECTS ABOVE A ROUGH SURFACE
An iterative hybrid method is considered combining the Kirchhoff approximation and the multilevel fast multipole algorithm (MLFMA) is studied for electromagnetic scattering from three-dimensional (3-D) object above a two-dimensional (2-D) random dielectric rough surface. In order to reduce computational costs, some types of speed calculations were used. First, it is used to speed up calculations of electromagnetic field in far field approximation (FAFFA) of the process of interaction between the rough surface and the object. Secondly, based on the mechanism of scattering on a rough surface, and derived a rule for moderately rough surface bistatic scattering, which can further increase the speed of iteration. Compared with traditional methods, a hybrid the method of procedure is sufficient for analysis scattering of 3-D object above random rough surfaces.
